The content is very valuable to me. As I learned lots of facts, looking back on the past during the time, I understood the sources of my stress better and changed my way of regarding them. I have a PTSD right now. After taking this course, I still struggle with it, but I took a load off my mind. Because before taking this course, I had just writhed lost like in the /forest/, not knowing the truth of my /enemies/. I had just been afraid of them. But knowing the mechanism of mind led me into a place where I can see myself from a distance.
