Hi Mariana, I was able to accomplish another milestone of completing one more full course with your beautiful pace and tone. I am presenting what worked well for me and what didn't : 1. The pace, tone and silent background was very much receptive to my ears, mind and soul. 2. The tools shared in module 2 are really my favorite ones and will keep exploring guided meditations or your talks for the same. 3. People usually shy away from therapy due to stigma and I am very glad that you not only made a commitment towards better yourself, but also shared your inspiring journey with us. The cons. 1. I wish there was a small introduction about yourself in course and link between mindfulness meditation and therapy. The fact that you are not a professional therapist but a practicising mindfulness teacher would have helped a lot in connecting more with your talk. Also last 20 s seemed blank in all three modules, which could have been used to share what was upcoming in next talk. 2. The personal story shared in last module could have made an early entry fostering better context. Overall, an amazing course which I hoped was of at least 15-20 mins per module looking to content and excitement with you which you helped us dive in to your therapy journey. Regards, Arpit.
