Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and take a moment to adjust your posture,

Allowing your body to feel relaxed and supported.

You will begin by connecting with your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Hold the air for a moment and then slowly exhale through your mouth.

With each inhalation,

Bring your attention to your natural breath.

Observe how the air enters and leaves your lungs without trying to change it.

Simply notice the gentle movement of your abdomen as you inhale and exhale.

Feel peace and as you exhale,

Let go of any resistance you may be holding.

Release the need to control every aspect of your life.

Trust that by letting go of that desire of control,

You make space for what you truly need to flow into your life more naturally.

Inhale confidence and as you exhale,

Let go of the fear of the unknown.

Remember that fear arises from thoughts about an uncertain future,

But in this present moment,

Here and now,

Everything is fine.

There is nothing to worry about.

Fear is a projection of the mind towards possible future scenarios that may or may not happen.

When you bring your attention to the present moment,

You realize that you are safe and that you can trust your ability to handle any situation that arises.

Inhale acceptance and as you exhale,

Let go of any attachment to outcomes.

Accept what it is,

Without judging or resisting it.

Acceptance does not mean resignation,

But rather recognizing things as they are in the present,

Without fighting against them.

When you accept what it is,

Instead of resisting,

You find a deep inner peace.

Resistance only creates more suffering.

Allow yourself to let go of control,

Fear and attachment.

Trust in the natural flow of life.

Accept what it is in the moment,

Without judgment.

Breathe deeply and immerse yourself in a state of release and trust.

Life flows with more grace when we do not fight against this natural course.

With each breath,

Immerse yourself more deeply in this state of release.

Imagine that you are a river,

Flowing freely without obstructions.

If your mind begins to wander,

Simply bring your attention back to your breath with kindness.

There is no need to judge your thoughts,

Just observe them pass without attachment.

Stay in this state for the next few minutes,

Using your breath as an anchor to keep you present and relaxed.

Slowly begin to bring your attention back to your breath and the space around you.

And notice how you feel after the practice.

Take a deep breath once more,

And as you exhale,

Set the intention to carry this feeling with you throughout the day.

Remember that you don't have to have everything under control.

You can simply flow with the current of life.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes and carry this calm and clarity with you for the rest of your day.

Thank you for being here.
