Lesson 3

Strengthening Positive Memories With Music

Today, on Day 3, you’ll explore how music can help you reconnect with meaningful memories and the emotions they carry—like joy, freedom, or confidence. Such a great course with interesting and doable suggestions. Mel never puts pressure or makes you feel that you MUST do anything in any particular way which gives one the freedom and flexibility to progress on your own timeline. Her other course and tracks are similar in their non pushy approach. She has helped me so much.

Another brilliant short course, Mel! 👏Informative, practical, compassionate and flexible 🫶🏼. I feel like music isn’t talked about nearly enough as a supportive tool for neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation (and, by extension, that healing can actually be/feel joyful, too!) Forever grateful for all your content ✨
