I found this very comforting as well as interesting. I’m 80 now and could only “see” the young me as I know her from photos. I’ll listen again and see what comes up. Thank you for this.

A wonderful course. I learned a lot about myself and my trauma. I am now able to honor the wounded parts of myself.

Great podcast. Very informative and interesting. I was surprised that cPTSD isn’t recognized as a mental disorder.

I’ve been feeling like a failure lately because my emotions from my past traumas arise from triggers that I feel that I have already addressed. This guided meditation has reminded me to be gentle with myself and that it is okay to sit with the uncomfortable feelings that come along. Thank you 🙏
