So closing your eyes and just taking in that precious breath of life.

Feeling it nourishing your body and every cell of the body.

And as you exhale just letting go of all the tension and all the stress and worry.

Taking in another long full deep breath into the body filling the lungs filling the belly bringing in that fresh clean air bringing in new life new energy.

And as you exhale just allowing the body to release whatever it's ready to let go of.

And allowing the breath to move in a smooth easy rhythmic way.

Gentle in pulling in that fresh vital oxygen revitalizing every cell of your body with new life.

With every exhale letting the busyness of the day week a month a year the life just dissolve away.

Bringing your attention now to the support beneath you.

Feeling it rising up to hold you.

Acknowledging in this moment how supported the body is fully wholly and completely.

As if to say the support beneath you is rising up and whispering to you I've got you.

Just let me have you.

Let me have the weight of your body.

Let me have the weight on your heart and mind.

And let me carry that so that you can be free to move to go about your day in a way that's a little lighter a little less burdened.

And you could just imagine each and every moment of each and every day when that heaviness shows up in your heart in your mind.

Weighing you down.

Getting caught in the quagmire of worries and what to do's and feeling on the unknown creeping in.

You could just bundle it all up and hand it to that support beneath you that continues to whisper to you I've got you.

I'm right here with you.

And so just letting the body soften a little bit more now.

Feeling the weight of the body held in the support beneath you.

Every breath in revitalizes and brings fresh new oxygen fresh new energy and life into the body.

Every exhale releases a little bit more of the worry the weight the tension in the body on the heart and in the mind.

You could even imagine the crown of your head just beginning to float to the heavens and like a slinky the spine extending and space becoming open between each and every vertebrae.

As if your spine itself is taking a big breath in.

And as it releases its own tension it just extends feeling the body growing taller more vital more energized.

And you could imagine a golden rose colored light washing down upon you and all around you.

Washing through the thoughts in the mind.

Slowing them down.

Dissolving the untruths.

Allowing the mind to become quiet and open to inspiration.

Feeling a clarity in the mind as you align yourself to the solution of the situation rather than the problem.

And how amazing it is when you're aligned to that solution even though you may not quite know what it is yet.

The wisdom just slips in in those little aha moments.

You could even imagine yourself saying of course that's the next step.

Of course that's what we can do now.

As if the simplicity just appears.

And as this golden rose colored light washes down upon you and all around you.

You and holding every part of you like a warm soothing blanket.

And to any part of you that may be in need that might be feeling scared,

Unsettled,

Sad,

Grieving,

Raging.

Imagining this healing light like a gift from you to that part of yourself.

As if to say to that part of you I see you and I'm right here with you.

And then wrapping that healing light gently around the shoulders of the part of you that needs comfort and support.

And together both of you feeling sensing and looking at the support beneath you rising up and holding the all of you.

Bringing your attention back to that soft whisper.

I've got you.

I'm right here with you.

I promise beloved this too shall pass.

And you'll get through it no matter what.

I've got you.

I'm right here with you.

And I promise you'll get through this no matter what.

And so just taking another deep breath in allowing yourself to integrate into the space fully wholly and completely.

Feeling the strength of the spine lengthening your head held high.

Feeling that beautiful support beneath you carrying the weight that no longer lives in your heart or on your mind or in your body.

Ready to take on the day.

Ready to be your best version.

Ready to embrace the all of yourself in beautiful healing light.

Remembering that you are truly more powerful than you could ever know.

That you are so very loved.

And that you are supported in every way.

And so taking a breath now.

Five taking a breath deep into the abdomen.

Four beginning to move and stretch the body.

Wiggling fingers and toes.

Three bringing your awareness back into the room coming all the way back up now.

Two getting ready to open your eyes.

And one.
