This is an evening heart centred sound healing meditation for the current times. It is an invitation to come back to the heart, the breath and the present moment. You can relax into the healing session and let our mind and body relax.

Hi there,
My name's Melanie and I'm really grateful to be here this evening to share my sound healing session with you,
With everything that's going on everywhere at the moment.
There are a lot of mixed feelings and emotions that are coming up for everybody.
So I really wanted to share a meditation really to set an intention to just come back into the heart space a little bit.
So I invite you to grab a blanket and a pillow and make yourself comfortable.
You can either lay down or sit down,
Whatever's more comfortable for you.
And yeah,
I invite you to just relax,
Take a moment to start reconnecting with ourselves and enjoy the meditation.
So making yourself comfortable,
Getting into a cosy position.
And we'll just start to take a moment to bring our awareness back to the breath.
Maybe putting your hands on your chest,
Feeling your chest expand as you inhale,
Feeling the air flow through your rib cage down to your stomach.
And just breathing deeply and bringing our awareness to the chest every time this area expands.
Inhaling compassion into the heart space and bringing that through the breath into the body.
Exhaling any feelings,
Any stagnant energy that no longer serves you.
And inhaling love.
Inhaling patience,
Gratitude and empathy.
And letting go of the anything that no longer serves you.
Let that which is out of your hands send it away with you.
As we start to reconnect with the breath,
We begin to reconnect with the body.
Feeling how it feels to be inside.
Bringing the breath deep within and sending it around the cells.
Sending it deep down into the toes.
Relaxing the feet,
Allowing them to soften.
Thanking them for carrying us every day and allowing them to gently relax.
Softening the shins,
The calves.
Sending the breath deep around the kneecaps.
Relaxing the knee joints.
Unwinding the ligaments.
Letting go of the muscles and allowing the body to just soften.
Sending the breath through the hips,
Through the pelvic area.
Relaxing the thighs.
Allowing the muscle to fall away from the bone.
Allowing the ligaments to unwind.
The nerves to release.
Every part of your body is softening.
Melting,
Relaxing.
Bringing the breath down into the hips.
Softening this area.
Exhaling any stagnant emotions that we're holding here.
Send it out through the out-breath.
Feeling the rise and fall of the stomach with every breath.
Allowing the muscles to relax.
Sending new fresh energy into your organs.
Releasing any old stuck energy.
Letting go.
Softening the rib cage.
Bringing the awareness of the breath into our chest area.
Into our lungs.
Our heart.
Filling this space with new vital energy.
With positivity.
With gratitude.
And love.
Fanking our bodies as we fill with every rise and fall of the breath.
As we begin to feel the more subtle sensations deep within.
Allow yourself to tune into these.
To let go of all the external thoughts.
And just become centred with the breath.
With the heart space.
With the body.
Release any tension you're holding in the shoulders.
Allow the shoulders to fall.
The arms to release.
Let the elbows drop and the wrists relax.
And allow your fingers to soften.
To curl.
To fall however the body feels.
Breathing deeply.
Sending the breath down.
Relaxing the shoulders.
Down through the arms.
All the way to the fingertips.
Softening.
Melting.
With every breath.
Softening the throat muscles.
Allowing the jaw to release and relax.
Softening the muscles of the face.
The cheeks.
The tiny muscles around the eyes.
Allowing the eyelids to fill in.
And releasing the forehead.
Softening the brow.
And just releasing all this tight energy.
Sending it away.
And replenishing with every breath.

Thank you for this meditation. I love that you guide me through my body to relax, then you allow me to quietly experience the vibration of the bowls as my body transforms. I also appreciate that this meditation was created at a time when there was great chaos in the world. The truth is that chaos is a part of our earthly experience. A good meditation allows you to step away from the world and reset. This is a GOOD meditation for resetting. Thank you again.

Wow that was truly amazing! I was having a lot of stuff coming up and then I just transported away and gently came back the last five minutes or so. Beautiful thank you so so much ❤️
