Day 15 (of 30). Congratulations you are at the half way mark. Sometimes this makes us start to loosen and embody this energy of - I got this! Which is great! You totally have this. and… Be careful, because when you start feeling this “I got this” energy a part of you feels you have made changes - which you have but for lasting change to happen it will take time and it will take many cycles of committing and recommitting over and over until the new ways really stick and become the new you. Now is the time to recommit, tighten it up, come back to why you are doing this challenge. The wise part of you knew that this process was going to wake up a part of you so you can go to the next level in your life.

Today is about recommitting.

Congratulations,

You're at the halfway mark.

Sometimes this makes us start to loosen and embody this energy of,

I got this,

Which is great because you totally have this.

And be careful because when you start feeling this,

I got this energy,

A part of you feels you made the changes,

Which you have made some changes,

But for lasting change to happen,

It will take time and it will take many cycles of committing and recommitting over and over until the new ways really stick and become the new you.

I always joke with myself that when I say I got it,

I don't got it.

It's actually a mini sabotage technique I play on myself to give myself permission to start making some exceptions.

Listen up.

Now is not the time to make exceptions.

Now is the time to recommit,

Tighten it up,

Come back to why you are doing this challenge.

The wise part of you knew that this process was going to wake up a part of you so that you could go to the next level in your life.

See it through.

Think of yourself as climbing a mountain.

This is not the descent down the other side yet.

You are halfway up the mountain.

Take pause,

Drink water,

Seek shade,

Repack your gear,

Fix what needs fixing,

Get a nice sleep and wake up ready and pumped for the journey ahead.

Stay alert and focused and committed.

New habits take time to form.

Don't get tricked.

Stay the course.
