Let's begin.

Get comfortable.

Whether you are laying down or reclined or seated in a chair,

Whatever works for you.

You may want to make sure you're wearing comfortable clothes.

Nothing is confining or restricting.

Close your eyes.

Placing your hands wherever you feel they're comfortable,

In your lap or by your side.

Let's begin by taking a nice,

Big,

Deep breath in and out.

And one more big,

Calming,

Relaxing,

Deep breath in and exhale.

And as you continue to breathe,

Relax into your current space wherever you are.

Allowing your breath to take you deeper and deeper into a calm experience.

And notice the atmosphere that you reside within.

The air that's eternal and everywhere,

To your sides,

In front of you,

Behind you,

Above you,

And below you,

While also the air within you.

The expansive atmosphere extending in all directions,

As far as the eye can see and the heart can feel.

The atmosphere becomes more calm and serene with each breath that you take.

And I invite you to bring your attention to your solar plexus area,

Which is the space within the center of your body,

Just below your ribcage,

In your abdominal area.

And feel into that space there.

Often this is where we may feel a gut feeling.

Sometimes we'll feel unsettled.

And other times we will have an inner knowing to move forward on the best path.

And as you feel into this space,

Notice a stillness that exists there.

An inner eternal stillness that begins to expand and grow.

You may feel it as a tiny little speck or a seed planted in your center within you.

So beautiful,

So quiet,

So balanced,

As it begins to expand with its stillness,

Expanding in all directions,

Permeating beyond your body and throughout your body,

Creating a beautiful stillness that calms you and leads you into a deeper space,

An experience that feels so relaxed and freeing you from whatever it might have been that was distracting you or making you feel uneasy in any way.

You begin to release all of that as you settle into this beautiful stillness within you.

As you feel it expanding,

Elevating and descending,

All yourselves becoming so much more calm and still and brave.

And it's within this stillness that we are balanced and brought into our true essence and a feeling of retreat and recalibration,

Releasing and realigning with our best self available within this expansive stillness that begins within us.

And as you continue to breathe,

Let's spend a few minutes,

Let's spend a few minutes sitting in the silence and the expansive stillness,

Becoming one with it right now.

Let's say you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you stillness in your knees your upper legs and your thighs feeling calm and relaxed through your pelvis and into your stomach the serene,

Expansive stillness easing your back feeling and expanding throughout your chest and calming your upper back easing your shoulders relaxing your upper arms your elbows your forearms,

Tranquil and easy feeling it through your wrists,

Your hands and your fingers the stillness and calm within your throat that you share through all you speak and express providing you with clarity and light and all you deliver and all you share stillness in your face a relaxed jaw throughout your mouth your nose a peaceful stillness in your eyes and all you see in your inner eye your inner awareness bringing a stillness to your mind so you are able to clearly and effectively tap into your intuition and your inner awareness of what is right what is best and the highest available to you feeling the stillness in your mind calm,

Expansive free of the thoughts that weigh you down may distract you at what no longer serves you a stillness that ascends to the top of your head releasing any remaining energy throughout the top of your head and leaving you strong,

Calm,

So centered and a peaceful stillness that you maintain regardless of what you face in life the external circumstances may be active around you but your inner stillness is always there within you keeping you calm,

No matter what and as you begin to feel your hands wiggling your fingers moving your feet and your toes loosening your shoulders gently moving your neck and let's take one more nice big deep breath in and let it out and gently,

When you're ready allow yourself to bring your stillness back to your soul back to your space and to your life who it is who it is who it is who it is
