Support yourself to feel deeply relaxed and lovingly connected to yourself and your baby. Let go and find complete stillness and inner peace. Relaxtion during pregnancy is a fantastic way to support stress and anxiety by bringing you into the present moment, stilling the mind and body, and allowing a deeper sense of internal connection.

Namaste,

My name is Michelle and I welcome you and your baby with unconditional love to this relaxing,

Grounding pregnancy meditation.

Come to a comfortable position,

Laying on your left hand side,

Supported by pillows.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Relax and come to stillness.

Please draw your attention into your body,

Deeply grounding yourself in this present moment.

With your next inhale,

Begin to connect to your baby,

Growing inside of you,

Becoming more and more present.

Your outward breath gently encourages you to soften and to let go.

As you bring your awareness to the very top of your head,

Please relax your scalp and the back of your head.

Let the muscles around your forehead,

Temples and eyes just soften and relax.

Give your cheeks and jaw permission to loosen,

To soften and to let go of any tension.

Maybe taking your tongue and placing it just behind your top teeth as your jaw naturally relaxes.

Feel the back of your neck soften and feel free like abjala,

Water flowing without restriction after rain.

Allowing each breath now to wash over you as you let go of ideals,

Expectation,

Judgment and fear.

Let your chest be opened and relaxed as any tension or worry slides off your shoulders and they just soften and relax.

Feel the water so pure flowing down your arms,

Allowing them to soften.

As it pulls into the palms of your hand and flows out your fingers,

Feel the weightlessness of the water carry you in a deeper state of relaxation.

Your spine is deeply connected to the earth as the water nourishes the cells and cleanses the body of impurities.

Feel each vertebrae one by one,

Just relax.

Notice the gentle ease of your legs as they soften,

The inner,

Outer,

Front and back.

Slowly,

Slowly the water makes them feel light,

Soothed and supported.

As the ankles,

Heels and soles of your feet ever so gently relax.

Feel your toes one by one soften and notice your body floating now in a pool of deep peace,

Just as baby 2 floats lovingly and peacefully in your womb.

Now take your awareness to the pelvic floor and with each outbreath you can gently relax these muscles,

Allowing them to become increasingly soft and grounded.

You are so very relaxed and at ease.

With your next inhale allow yourself undivided presence and connected with your baby in your womb.

Just as you breathe in and breathe out,

That breath connects you to your baby.

Become aware of this miracle and the breath that sustains life itself.

Feel yourself at ease floating now with the rise and fall of your breath and open hearted glowing with radiant love.

The rhythm of your heart beats so gentle that offers your baby comfort and protection and beats to the song of love.

Bathe yourself in this relaxation,

Feel it flood your body like love with a smile across your face,

Across your whole being,

Connecting your baby with this source of happiness,

Peace and compassion.

And please just for today do not worry,

Just for today do not anger,

Just for today have hands of kindness,

Just for today work with honesty and just for today have compassion to all living beings.

And as you float in this space of relaxation,

Love and presence,

Please say to yourself and your little one,

I am the essence of universal love and compassion.

I shine light from the highest heavens to bless you with lessons of courage and infinite possibility and endless love.

Please now take a breath,

Reconnecting to your conscious body and create your sankalpa or affirmation to yourself.

What are you wishing for or need or hope?

Please say it in clear positive language to yourself three times in your mind and believe it.

Exhale softly,

Bringing gentle movement back to your fingers and toes,

Stretching your body and sighing your breath away,

Drawing your energy inwards as you awaken from this deep state of bliss and peace.

Please take a moment to center before sitting upright,

Before returning with deeper connection,

Love and peace to your day.
