Welcome back to the last week in the meditation series Self Love Notes.

Today we will explore trusting the process of loving yourself.

So to begin,

Start by finding a comfortable seat.

Sitting tall in your seat and let yourself relax.

Slowly close your eyes here.

And we'll begin by finding a deeper breath.

Breathing in through the nose.

And exhale to release your breath out of your nose or mouth.

Repeat this a few more times.

Three more times.

Breathing in and slowly breathe out.

Throughout this meditation I invite you to listen closely to what your heart,

Mind,

And body speak of.

You are your own navigation,

So trust the direction of your own path you are already on.

In life we are not supposed to go at this alone,

So lean on your trusted sources of friends,

Families,

And practices like stars at night leading you home.

Find a breath here,

Breathing in through your nose.

And let the breath go.

Once more,

Breathing in through your nose,

And this time pause at the top of your inhale.

Exhale to a count of four or five.

Repeat this once more,

Breathing in,

Pause,

And exhale.

Give yourself permission to love yourself fully,

Trusting yourself and the intentions you set.

I invite you to place your hands gently in your lap,

With palms facing up.

This is a sign or mudra representing our ability to receive.

Stay here with your breath for a few moments.

Keep counting with your breath and feeling your own love wash over you.

If the mind begins to wander,

That's okay.

Simply guide your attention back to counting and back to your breath.

Coming back to your breath once more.

There are often times in life where we might feel challenged or overwhelmed and not sure which way to go.

A first step that you can offer yourself is to check in with how you are treating yourself along the way.

Our thoughts,

Our words,

And mindset we use matter just as much as the action we take next.

This does take time and is certainly a process,

So in the meantime,

Start small,

Right where you are here and now.

Meditation is a beautiful way to love yourself.

Before moving out of this meditation,

Simply repeat these following words either to yourself or out loud.

I trust myself.

I love myself fully.

I trust myself.

I love myself fully.

Slowly find your breath again and start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feel free to stretch the arms and move the body in any way that feels good to you.

And lastly,

Give yourself a big gratitude for today's meditation,

But for also completing this series of self-love notes.

I hope they have been just what you needed.

And thank you again.

Have a great rest of your day and take care.
