Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying position.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Let your breath begin to deepen,
Slowing down the pace of your body and mind.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your nose or mouth.
Feel the surface beneath you holding you up.
Let your body become heavy,
Supported by the earth.
Imagine yourself walking through a quiet forest.
The air is warm,
The light is golden and you feel completely safe.
The trees are tall and strong,
Stable,
Ancient.
You arrive at a small clearing where a warm breeze greets your skin.
In the center is a stone bench.
You move towards it and sit down.
A figure begins to approach from the trees,
Steady,
Confident,
Grounded.
This is your inner masculine.
He may appear as a mythical figure,
A father archetype or even a glowing light.
Trust whatever arises.
He carries a calm,
Stable presence,
Protective,
Not controlling,
Assertive,
Not aggressive,
Powerful but never forceful.
As he approaches,
You place your hand on your heart.
You feel his presence wrap around you like a safe embrace.
He comes closer,
You rise and meet him with open arms.
As you hug,
He gently buries his face in your neck.
You feel your heart beat against his chest,
Two rhythms becoming one.
Breathe deeply into this connection.
Let yourself receive his energy,
Steady,
Loyal.
Let yourself offer your presence in return,
Warm,
Nurturing,
Receptive.
There is no dominance here,
Only balance,
Only harmony.
He pulls back slightly and looks into your eyes.
He speaks and you feel the words more than you hear them.
I am here for you.
I will protect your dreams.
I will take aligned action on your behalf.
I am not here to control you.
I serve your truth.
I am your spine,
Your boundary,
Your sacred fire.
You respond,
I trust you,
I receive you,
I welcome you home.
He places his hands on your shoulders and gently guides you back to the bench.
You sit together,
Hand in hand.
His energy flows into your body like golden light,
Settling into your bones,
Your core.
You feel the alignment deep inside you.
Your inner masculine now lives within you.
In your voice,
In your boundaries,
In your decisions,
You are held.
You are whole.
Remember this feeling,
This feeling of protection,

And as you slowly return your attention to your body and your breath,
You can bring awareness back to your body.
