Hi everyone,
This is Prashanth here and I welcome you to the first meditation of Tore you will be sitting on a yoga mat.
The only thing what you need to see is that in case you're sitting on a chair,
See that both the feet are touching the ground and if not you can just place a pillow below your feet as it helps you to maintain groundedness during any kind of a mindfulness session.
So take a position,
See that you're comfortable sitting in case you feel you would like to take a cushion behind your back to bring in support for your spine,
It's absolutely okay to do so.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times and as you do that,
Gently close your eyes.
Keep breathing in and keep breathing out to the best of your capacity.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your spine.
Relax your hands.
Relax your feet.
Relax nerves behind your ears.
Let your thoughts be the way they are.
Don't try to control them or stop them.
There's a job of the mind to keep creating thoughts.
Keep breathing in and keep breathing out to the best of your capacity.
And at this point of time,
I would like you to visualize your life right in front of you.
Whatever is going on in your life,
Whatever other different situations you're facing,
Whatever might be working or not working,
See each and every part of your life in front of you right now.
When you see a particular situation or a particular experience,
You can see the difference between your mind and your body.
When you see a particular situation or a particular area of your life right now,
Let's take the first step of acknowledging that this situation exists,
Of acknowledging what you feel about this emotion,
This situation.
If there's a particular situation which makes you upset or angry,
It is absolutely normal and okay to feel that.
One by one,
Keep going through different situations of your life and acknowledge what you feel about those situations.
Keep breathing in,
Keep breathing out.
Start a journey with acknowledging with what's actually going on in your life.
It's okay if in certain situations you're feeling very excited or enthusiastic or it could be some situations where you're feeling frustrated,
Tired,
Exhausted and angry.
Feel free to feel whatever you're going through and start a journey towards accepting your life as it is right now.
If something is not working,
Okay,
If something is working wonderfully,
Okay,
If you're tired of doing everything possible in your capacity,
Okay,
If you're doing everything possible and slowly the changes are happening,
Okay.
If you feel that nothing more is going to happen in this situation,
Okay.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Acceptance towards what's going on in your life right now.
Acceptance does not mean that you've lost the battle.
Acceptance does not mean that you don't need to do anything about them.
Acceptance does not mean you don't want the situation to change.
If you follow,
Acceptance gives you a lot of courage and strength and faith to keep giving your 100% again and again and again.
Breathe in and breathe out a lot of acceptance towards your life right now.
Acceptance towards your emotions,
Towards what you're feeling.
Acceptance towards people around you.
Acceptance towards who you are.
And gently breathe in and breathe out as slowly.
Breathe in and breathe out as slowly we start the journey of coming back.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And slowly come back to the room you're sitting in right now.
Walk to your body,
To your feet,
Your hands,
Your spine,
Your shoulders,
Your breath,
Your consciousness.
And once you feel complete,
Gently open your eyes.
I wish you a beautiful day ahead.
A day with a lot of courage and strength to see your life as it is.
No denial,
No what if.
Just plain acceptance for what's going on in your life right now.
