Are you aligned with your thoughts? What actions and responsibilities are you willing to take to change your state of being? Many people that I know are constantly stressed and suffering for some reason, you are suffering because your mind is taking you everywhere & anywhere, a chaotic mind that controls you & that you don't own. This talk tells you how to take action with discipline to our well-being to love ourselves in a way that is more aligned, to wake up every day and do your best to do new things that are crazy but also exciting, something completely new, stepping into the unknown making us get uncomfortable & challenging for our own growth.

Hi everyone and hope everyone is well.

Thank you for being here.

You are committed,

Committed to grow,

To discover yourself,

To find more,

To understand more about yourself.

I know many people are struggling,

Having stress.

The stress is the main thing that we humans have.

So that's why I'm here to to talk about meditation and how beneficial it is and it's the only tool that I know,

Maybe you know.

I put some notes so I can go through my notes because there was so much coming in.

There is struggles,

There is stress every day maybe or all the time and the question is what you are doing,

What action you are taking to love yourself,

To deal with that.

If we can't manage our mind then we are very bad manager of our life,

We are lost.

We are locking ourselves in a cage of self slavery where we are not in control of our mind,

Our thoughts and our life.

Our life is just flowing without any sense.

So if we cannot manage our own emotions and thoughts that's the ultimate slavery when we are affected by others action and it's affecting us what they say or how they act and it's affecting us,

It's making us emotional,

Anger or anything that comes and that's you know if we cannot manage that it means we are really not in control of ourselves.

That's why it's very important to meditate and help.

That helps a lot to sit with yourself in stillness to face the reality,

The thoughts that come and the point is to manage and lower the thoughts.

In the thoughts that are always coming it's just automatic,

You are not thinking,

It's your mind thinking so you are not in control of that.

The only point is to step back to your consciousness to observe,

You are just observer of what is going on,

What is going on in your mind,

What thoughts that are coming and you are just disassociated from your thoughts,

Just observing them and and not be your thoughts,

Just be the observer.

So that will really change your life because it will bring you to the present moment because you are just observer,

You are always in the present moments,

You are aware of your thoughts,

Seeing them from outside and you are not being them,

You are not attached to them so you stay in the present moment.

As soon you become the thoughts,

You accept it and boom,

You're going to the future or to the past,

So the thoughts bring you to the past or the future where you're gonna suffer,

You're gonna feel anxiety,

You will feel worry if it's some plan that maybe is in two months and you're thinking about that and you are in the present moment and you're thinking about the future that it's not even real,

It's just something that can happen in the way you plan or not and you by thinking about the future you're just suffering,

So that's why it's very important to sit and meditate and cultivate and discover yourself,

Cultivate awareness,

Cultivate compassion because you are compassion towards yourself,

You are accepting accepting yourself and then when you accept yourself,

Compassion to yourself,

You will be compassion to others and that's life will change slowly,

Slowly to be a positive way to live our life free,

We must really take control of our mind and our thoughts and our emotions so the only way that we are suffering or being emotion negative is just by the thought that is coming,

So just if we manage the thought kind of lower down or like the thoughts will always come,

You know always come,

The point is just being an observer and present,

Being aware of the thoughts that is coming that sometimes is even yours,

I think 50% or more the thoughts that are coming is not even our thoughts,

It's just programming or thoughts from somebody else,

So why we should suffer for something that is not even our thoughts,

So meditation is very important that you can sit,

Just by sitting you can lower and lower or even eliminate the stress that is caused by by the thoughts,

So slowly,

Slowly you become master of being aware of the thoughts,

You can really slow down the thoughts and be just the observer without being the thought,

That what is a healthy approach to life and to grow yourself so when you cultivate awareness and consciousness you will be the best manager of your mind because now just living the present moment yeah just living the present moment and building and you know being really aware and building cultivating consciousness we all have consciousness it's just a matter of staying with it and and recognize that you're aware,

So when you sit in meditation and and and it's completely normal in the beginning that you know also afterwards that many thoughts come in and and you're like wow this is so uncomfortable I cannot,

Just like give it to yourself,

Just practice,

Practice without expectation and the result will come and when they come you will be really a peaceful and and happy being it's just like exercising,

You don't see the effects straight away,

You need time,

You need commitment,

You need to love yourself,

You need to be disciplined,

So if you are not disciplined to yourself you're actually not loving yourself because sometimes even you know about anything about food or whatever you say ah let me give me this cake I love myself but no this is a wrong way to love yourself you know that for your well-being this cake will affect you,

Will bring you transforming in a bin,

In a garbage bin so you know that is not true but that is your mind it's your mind saying oh that this is good for you love yourself like this but no when you cultivate and you have a strong discipline you are loving yourself for later in your life to to keep being healthy and yet even habits you know cultivating new habits to wake up early exercise your mind is always saying no just sleep sleep and so you need to to be conscious that no like for your health and your well-being it's it's uh it's important to to get up early and run or exercise because that will fill you up you will feel good you will feel happy and healthy but if you are like listening to your mind you will just sleep over and then you you will not like yourself later and it was like wow so you need just to really understand that there is the mind and your high intelligence and when you meditate more and more you you can really listen more to your intelligence because it's it's aware it's consciousness and the mind will be just like really not that in control but if the mind is in control all the time you will just be like floating lost because you're just giving attention only to the mind and and just like accepting everything that the mind say and so yeah you will be not driven to a well-being it's the same if you know like you know that maybe meditation is good for you you don't want to face it or you said i don't have time so who is saying that i don't have time because i know many people struggle and say yeah you meditate no i couldn't meditate and it's just like escaping escaping escaping and listening to your mind that's it's just sabotaging you all the time it's very important to yeah to sit in meditation do it for yourself because you love yourself being disciplined to to your to be in control of your mind to be really you know you don't want to be always with a positive vibration you don't want to eliminate any addiction in your life so you will just eliminate also this complaining that we we usually have and and just keeping our vibration up because we are building with meditation practice we are building compassion we are building love we are building just gratitude we are more and more aware conscious we are being and learning to to be the master of our mind to don't be controlled by the thoughts that are coming all the time and you're just like the thought and you're going with the thoughts the past to the future you all day you're gonna suffer and you're gonna be in stress and stress make you sick anything that stressful all the time it just make you sick to your heart to your body in your mind and and it's just a catastrophic thing happening so but meditation it's it's bringing you alive it's rejuvenating you it's bringing you compassion and all this high frequency is just making you more shiny alive and and have a really good vibration all the time because you're not in the thoughts you're just an observer and you become over the time over the years you become more and more just the observer and not suffering from your own thoughts that are coming in i hope everyone take the time to to sit and just to you know to face yourself to give 10 minutes to manage the stress to manage your thoughts to to live your greatest life and don't worry it's completely okay if you see it in your mind is crazy it's uncomfortable but just sit there break through this comfortable uncomfortable situation that make you grow you will be feel more peaceful and yeah the the point is not just to cultivate stillness it's not the point to to sit like a yogi and and you are like blazed out in the in this in the with the stars and and you are like not thinking about nothing it's not working like this even for me now or any anybody they sit and and the thoughts that are always coming it's completely normal they are coming for them and they are coming for you and that's the point to to slow down the thoughts and just being conscious about the thoughts and then everything will change slowly slowly it doesn't take a lot you need just to to do to practice to practice 10 practice 20 practice and you will already start feeling something something and just give some rewards to you because you are meditating and like yeah and the point is just you know you are with your breath the focus and attention is on the breath and if you go out and you are lost in the thought it's completely okay everyone and like it's the process so when you are out lost when you recognize the thought you come back to your breathing and each time you do the same you come back to your breathing each time you come back to the breathing that's your anchor and anytime that you're seeing that you are lost and you're seeing that you are lost that's your consciousness that's your awareness and when you come back to your breathing that is meditation part of meditation so more you do that more you you understanding that you're discovering and being familiar with your consciousness so consciousness is always there you are always aware you're just recognizing it so you become more familiar with your consciousness you are more conscious and and then that is where you step back from the big picture and you see your mind that it's it's bringing you thoughts and you're just observer you just observe wherever it's happening and you detach from detach from anything that's negative or is not present and you stay always in the present moment where life is where everything the magic lies to live your present moment when you live in your present moment there is no light or or thoughts in the future and the past that bring you this anxiety stress or just the base of suffering yeah for my own experience i can tell you that my mind is so fast it's like really like crazy fast that's people that are talking with me and i already know what they're gonna like answer so in that time also i'm not listening because i'm trying to figure out what they they want to say even in the next the next things they want to say i already knew so i'm like really fast and and i've been like struggling with sleeping a lot because my mind is like really like spinning before going to sleep and i couldn't sleep like for for some a couple of years because i just lie in the bed and i cannot sleep my mind is like really not stopping and and this was seven years ago and that time for two three years i was smoking weed to just to sleep i just like before going to sleep smoke and and sleep that helps me to the only thing that helps me to to sleep i didn't know meditation i was not practicing at that time and so i was i was smoking to to fell asleep and have my my sleep and then after sometimes because i'm not i'm very strong to the addiction so i just say this is not good so i just stopped and and when two years later i i start meditating and i i have like really good sleep my because my mind after the practice slow down and i can like really fell asleep like easily so if you're struggling with sleeping meditation it's it's great it's it's calming you your mind to be quiet and to listen to your intuition to find yourself and that's like i saw it also in the addictions it's really powerful tool to to break and and release any addiction that you have it's really powerful for that there is so many benefits it's curing you it's making you genes so it's making you healthier and it's healing you so yeah yeah the last thing it just uh i do practice because i i love myself to take action to be uncomfortable sometimes and that's that's uh the call for you to to be uncomfortable and and and to grow to love yourself and and be disciplined for your well-being for your well-being i know like especially these last months i really notice how self-discipline can really bring your energy back and and and and just hold your energy because if you don't have self-discipline you're just uh kind of lost you're just loving yourself with uh you know with immediate uh stuff that it's not self-love it's like sabotaging yourself so put some really strong determinated self-discipline that you meditate you eat healthy and you will self you will see the the benefits and how you will feel how how you you will start dealing with life in other ways you're positive all the time you're not stressed and when you see that you understand what is self-love and this is all for now i hope you get the message and i love you all namaste
