This is the loving awareness and self-trust meditation by MirrMirr.
Before we begin,
I wonder whether you can bring your awareness to a situation or experience where you are feeling a sense of discomfort or doubt and I'd like to invite you to set an intention for this meditation,
One that brings you a step closer to honouring and resolving this aspect of yourself.
This meditation is created to connect you to your intrinsic higher nature,
The one who embodies deep self-trust and the love of the universe and to bring her closer to the scared and lost parts inside.
Take a moment to reflect before we begin.
Feel free to pause the meditation now and press play when you have a sense of clarity.
Coming back into your body,
Feeling her weight here on the floor.
Bring your awareness to the heaviness of your body.
Give your feet and legs permission to surrender.
Allow the muscles in your hips to soften.
Let go of the tension and holding in your torso and middle body.
Let your shoulders and neck to surrender now.
For this moment,
Relax your jaw and face,
Softening your eyebrows and forehead,
Just letting everything go now.
As time slows down and becomes blurry,
Bring your awareness to rest in your heart space.
Bring your inner eyes to the space behind your breast bone.
I invite you to inhale and on your in-breath,
Breathe in the frequency of pure love.
Pause at the top of your breath and on your exhale,
Breathe love out to the whole of your body.
Do that again two more times.
Each time,
Imagining your breath of love expands and expands until you are enveloped in a large field of love.
Colors and images may float into your awareness as you tune into the frequency of your true unbridled self.
As we sit in the silence and notice perhaps for the first time our body breathing,
Noticing the inhale and exhale,
Noticing the quiet whisper of breath as it fills our chest and abdomen,
Noticing its quiet trail down through the throat,
The chest and stomach,
Observing it as it travels back up and out of the body,
Forever breathing,
Forever present,
In and out she flows,
In and out,
In and out.
This loving attention on our breath connects us to our own inner observer,
Our loving awareness,
The deep being of trust that lives inside all of us.
As we bring conscious attention to our loving awareness,
We begin the process of watching ourselves.
We are in the body,
But we are not of the body.
We begin to see ourselves through different eyes,
And we begin to inner stand that we are not our thoughts,
We are not our emotions,
We are not our behaviors,
And that in fact we are the watcher,
The observer of it all.
And as we consciously build our relationship to our inner awareness,
We see she notices everything,
She sees the clouds move,
She sees the body rise,
She watches as the human self reacts,
She sees the thoughts,
The triggers,
The contraction and expansion,
And without judgment your loving awareness sees it all,
For she is ever present,
Waiting for us to remember,
And the more we consciously and curiously connect to her,
Remembering we are her,
The more we see life through her loving gaze,
And the more familiar we become with our loving awareness,
The more we are able to see about ourselves.
We begin to see more of our pain,
More of our joy,
We notice moment by moment when we are in flow and when we are not,
Sometimes we are pulled into the wave of reaction and panic,
So ferocious and strong we feel unable to withdraw from the grip,
We see the rage,
We react with intensity and believe we are it,
But even then with time and perseverance we can begin to watch ourselves in these times as well,
We watch ourselves through her loving gaze being tossed around by the wave,
We find her there waiting,
Her gentle steady presence like a haven within,
We fall in and out of her presence,
We find her and then we lose her,
We rest in her presence only to be pulled back into separation,
It can be a painful process growing towards her,
But gradually,
With practice,
Her loving presence never leaves us,
Her essence holds steady and a new aspect of self is born,
The more familiar we become,
The more trust we feel inside,
We begin to know ourselves as her.
I invite you now to take some breaths,
Tuning into this loving presence through observation of our breath,
Notice now the cool air as it enters your nose and follow it as it leaves in a warmer different form,
Do this now three more times and I invite you now to rest your attention on the steady presence within you,
Begin to watch yourself breathing through her eyes,
See yourself through her gaze,
Hear yourself through her ears,
Remembering she is you,
Bring this loving awareness to your body now and move this awareness to an aspect of your body that holds resistance or tension,
Maybe it's your head,
Maybe it's your heart,
Maybe it's your stomach or solar plexus,
Whatever first presents,
Go there and as you find this part of your body,
I invite you now to draw your gaze towards it,
Gaze your divine loving awareness into this aspect of your body that needs you most,
As you begin to bring your loving awareness here,
I invite you to see your body in a different way,
I invite you to see the wisdom of your body,
See her as a treasure trove of information waiting to be witnessed,
She speaks a different language,
Formless,
Intuitive,
Felt,
I now ask you to invite your body,
What has she got to tell you,
What is she longing for you to hear,
Maybe words,
Maybe imagery,
Maybe sensations will reveal themselves to you,
Maybe tears will flow,
Maybe a smile will appear,
Meet it all without judgment,
Meet it from the heart of your loving awareness,
Continue to breathe as your body speaks to you,
And remember there is nothing to fix here,
Nothing to do,
Just listen,
Hear your body,
Breathe and listen some more,
Keep listening,
Keep that loving awareness focused and still,
If you lose her,
Intend to find her again and she will appear,
Allow any thoughts to come,
Any distractions to appear,
Welcome them with your loving awareness,
And bring your focus back to the body and watch them move on,
There's no need to grab,
No need to control,
All is welcome in your loving awareness,
And when you feel like your body has shown you all she needed you to see and witness,
I invite you to thank her now,
I invite you to send her your love and direct that divine love into the space of your body that has bared itself to you,
Express your love in any way that feels true to you,
Maybe it's words,
Maybe a feeling,
A knowing,
Images,
This is your own,
Personal to you,
Now gently bring your loving awareness back to your breath,
And as we move towards completion you may like to take a moment and bask in the full presence of your loving awareness,
Noticing that this place of harmony lives inside of you,
She is waiting to be known and experienced,
And as you live more and more from her presence,
You will slow down in your life in order to be with her,
Your self-trust will deepen,
And a feeling of freedom will birth in your life,
Take three breaths of life now,
Take three breaths of love,
And as you breathe in and out on your third breath,
Bring your focus back to the human form,
Begin to feel the heaviness and weight of your feet here on the floor,
Feel your bottom and shoulders,
Continue to breathe as you slowly start to move and stretch,
And bring the knowingness into this moment that you are infinitely connected to this timeless essence of self,
Take your time now to open your eyes and re-enter the now moment,
Knowing that on every breath she is with you and that you are never alone.

Amazing meditation. I personally prefer long periods of silence with the music only during meditations. Nevertheless, your voice is very soothing and made me feel calm and present.
