Transcript

So laying down in a comfortable position,

Palms facing up,

Feet falling to the side.

Coming to a natural breath through the nose.

And feeling your body sinking into the bed.

Feeling the connection to Mother Earth,

Grounding yourself through her.

Feeling at the feet,

Noticing the tension and just release.

Working your way up through the calves,

The thighs,

Noticing tension,

Release.

Feeling your way up through your hip,

Your pelvic region,

Your lower back.

Noticing the tension,

Release.

Moving up through the back and the torso and the solar plexus area,

The stomach.

Noticing tension and release.

Coming up through the chest,

The backs of the shoulders,

The tops of the shoulders.

Noticing tension,

Release.

Feeling down through your arms,

The tops of your shoulders,

The bicep,

Forearm,

Fingers,

Noticing tension,

Release.

Coming up through the back of the neck,

Noticing tension,

Release.

Coming up through your facial muscles,

Your mouth,

Chin,

Cheeks,

Nose,

Around the eyes,

Between the eyebrows,

The forehead and the scalp,

The ears,

Noticing tension and release.

And coming to an awareness in the crown of the top of your head and imagining that portal opening and projecting a beam of light that connects to the highest of highs in the universe and source.

Receive any wisdom,

Inspiration,

Healing from this realm and also at the same time receiving from the earth,

Mother Earth,

Physical healing.

We are one energy.

We are empowered with the tools to know how to heal our bodies,

Ourself.

We need to remember who we are and what we are capable of.

We did not come here to be sick,

Disempowered,

Mentally unstable and victimized.

We are here to experience duality and experience all things and know our power to move through these experiences because we know who we are.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience and when we decided to come here,

We understood that we can manifest and create our own reality.

We understood that we have the tools within us to create sickness or to create health,

To create happiness,

To create sadness,

To create calm,

To create chaos.

We knew that our gift was to manifest physical reality from non-physical reality.

So you have the tools within to heal yourself.

So know what a powerful being you are.

And even if you don't feel it completely right now,

That is okay.

Just keep tapping into this thought that you are powerful.

Practice the thought.

Ailments and disease come from misalignment.

We have to come back to our true nature of who we are,

Which is love and peace and stillness and empowerment.

So any thoughts that do not come from love,

Whether it be a judgement,

A criticism of self or others,

Is a misalignment to our true inner self.

This comes from our own insecurities and it is okay.

We all experience this and when we know better,

We can shift and heal.

We can create a more positive reality.

Any feelings of hurt or disappointment or hate towards others is closing our hearts.

And it is okay to have these thoughts and feelings.

It's important to feel these feelings.

And then we must try and move through these and use these experiences to point us on a more positive path.

Our heart is a portal.

And when we are closed in our hearts,

We are blocking the portal of manifestation,

Inner peace,

Happiness and our connection to other realms.

We are all human,

All learning.

And it is important for us to remember that,

To be able to re-perceive a situation and heal.

Because the healing,

The forgiving,

The letting go is for you.

It is for you.

We cannot control anyone else's behaviour.

We can only control our response to it.

And our response determines our inner peace.

So there may be a situation that you are thinking of now.

Something that comes to mind.

And I want you to visualise your heart opening.

Your heart breaking off the chains that are around it.

Having the situation from a different angle.

Does this person have awareness?

What has their history been like?

How might they have received or not received love growing up?

And are they entitled to make a mistake as we have all done?

No one is exempt from the human experience.

And we have all persecuted.

And we have all been persecuted.

Maybe it wasn't the right thing to do.

When we are not excusing it.

However a re-perception needs to happen for us to be able to heal and set ourselves free.

Because the person suffering is you.

Anything we hold on to is blocking our ability to create inspiration.

Inner peace.

And manifest the life and the desires that we have.

Energy needs to keep flowing and moving.

And when it stays stagnant and is blocked.

We create illness,

Disease.

And instability.

And you may need to do this meditation a few times to let go of each layer of hurt that you feel.

And it does take time.

But be patient.

And know that whenever you are coming back to love.

Your inner truth,

Stillness.

You are healing yourself.

One way of achieving mastery is to ask the question,

What would love do?

What would love do in this situation?

How would love treat this person?

How would love treat myself?

And from these questions we can very quickly make clear and aligned decisions to our soul.

So just taking a couple of moments to really feel what this meditation has been all about.

And just to let the wisdom simmer in your soul.

How does this inner wisdom feel in your inner being?

Does it feel like a letting go process,

An expansion?

And again,

Don't worry if you don't feel all the effects of the freedom straight away.

It takes practice for us to let go.

Let go of what our ego wants.

Which is to step into comfort.

Our ego wants to keep us safe.

This may be unknown territory.

And it takes time for us to learn something new.

So be gentle with yourself as you go through this healing process.

You may like to journal after this meditation.

Journal your feelings.

Write a letter.

Or go and have a swim in the ocean.

Or a walk in the forest.

And just give your burdens and your worries back to Mother Earth.

And say thank you as she receives your burdens and transmutes them.

And allows you to receive from nature new fresh energy.

So taking now,

Coming back to your body.

And taking now a few deep breaths.

And really integrating the work that you have done today.

Well done.

Back to your body,

Feeling your body heavy on the bed.

Gently moving your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready you may open your eyes.

Thank you for joining this meditation today.

Thank you for showing up for yourself.

Thank you for assisting in the shift of the vibration of this planet.

For when you heal yourself you send a ripple out into the world of love,

Peace and healing.

So thank you again.
