This is something you can do many times a day to shift and reset; to help us reduce any accumulated stress responses we sometimes get stuck in when fused in thought or a task. Hi,

My name is Neil Shepherd from Inner Synergy and this is a Mind Intelligence Instant Meditation.

Something you can do at any time throughout the day.

This is called a Mindful Three Breaths Break.

It just involves you taking three breaths throughout the day whenever you need it.

In the first breath,

You just fully focus on what you're doing,

Taking that first breath in,

Noticing it's slightly deeper,

Slightly slower.

Notice where the air is coming into your body.

Do you notice that through your nose,

Your chest or your belly?

The second breath is about actively releasing and relaxing any tension that you might notice in your body,

Rolling your shoulders backwards and down,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Calm.

And in your third breath,

I'd like you to just focus on what is important for you right now.

And what this will help you do is shift and reset.
