Welcome to your frustration EFT tapping meditation.
This tapping is meant to help you if you are feeling frustrated,
But not to help you ignore those feelings to really just help acknowledge that it's okay to feel frustrated right now.
It's okay to have that feeling come up for you.
And is it telling you something?
And also let's allow our viewers to feel frustrated and to feel like they're telling you something.
And also let's allow ourselves to work through it and release it if that feels best for us right now.
So go ahead and get comfortable.
And right now I want you to grade how much frustration you're feeling from a one through 10,
10 being the strongest.
And we're gonna work on bringing that number down as we tap.
I am gonna guide you through all of the tapping and then I'm gonna say a phrase afterwards.
All you need to do is feel the words that I say or say it aloud after me.
So go ahead in your comfortable spot and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I'm frustrated,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I don't like being frustrated,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know I'm allowed to be frustrated right now,
But I don't have to sit in this feeling forever.
And I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I feel so frustrated.
Side eye.
It's all so confusing for me right now.
Under eye.
And it feels annoying.
Under nose.
It feels really heavy for me.
Under mouth.
And I want to release it all.
Collarbone.
I don't like this feeling.
Under your armpit.
I would rather not be frustrated.
Top of the head,
But I am right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like being frustrated.
Side eye.
I wish I could better handle this situation.
Under eye.
But right now I can't.
Under nose.
And this frustration is coming out for me.
Under mouth.
And honestly,
That's okay.
Collarbone.
I allow this frustration to come out.
Under your armpit.
And I acknowledge the frustration.
Top of the head.
And I allow myself to release this frustration when I'm ready.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
What if it was okay that I was frustrated right now?
Side eye.
What if I knew that it was normal to feel frustrated?
Under eye.
What if I knew that this frustration was telling me something?
Under nose.
And that was okay.
Under mouth.
What if it was okay to feel this way?
Collarbone.
What if it was okay to respond with frustration?
Under your armpit.
What if I just accepted that I felt frustrated right now?
Top of the head.
What if I knew that I could move through this frustration whenever I wanted to?
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
It's okay that I'm frustrated.
Side eye.
It's okay to respond to situations with frustration.
Under eye.
I acknowledge that I'm frustrated.
Under nose.
And I allow these feelings to exist.
Under mouth.
But I also allow myself to release this frustration.
Collarbone.
I don't have to sit in this feeling forever.
Under your armpit.
I can release these heavy feelings.
Top of the head.
While still acknowledging that frustration is okay for me to feel.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I accept this frustration.
Side eye.
This frustration was telling me something.
Under eye.
It's letting me know how I feel.
Under nose.
If I look at this situation,
I might feel that frustration wasn't the appropriate response.
Under mouth.
But I can assess that now and respond differently in the future.
Collarbone.
Or,
If it was appropriate.
Under your armpit.
I can just allow myself to truly feel how I feel.
Top of the head.
And always be honest with myself.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
It's okay to be frustrated.
Side eye.
I am listening to what those feelings are telling me.
Under eye.
And that's all I can do right now.
Under nose.
Along with honoring my feelings.
Under mouth.
And being honest with myself.
Collarbone.
I know this will help me so much.
Under your armpit.
And it feels so good to be honest with myself.
Top of the head.
I acknowledge my frustration and I allow myself to release it.
And I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Okay,
That is the end of this EFT tapping meditation for frustration.
You can go ahead and re-grade how frustrated you feel from a one through ten,
Ten being the strongest,
And see if your number went down at all.
And you can always repeat as needed if you feel like it didn't go down as much as you would have liked.
And feel free to repeat this whenever you are running into any sort of frustration or frustrating feelings.
And I want to thank you so much for listening today and I hope you have a great rest of your day.
