Welcome to meditation segment on anxiety.

Let's take a moment and get comfortable.

Please get yourself into a quiet space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of this segment.

The topic of anxiety is a deep topic.

As human beings,

We have all experienced various states of emotional dissonance,

Be it worry,

Concern,

Anxiety,

Or depression.

And as practitioners and creative people,

You are all very sensitive to the emotional changes within you.

So any kind of emotional disturbance is felt deeply by you.

Most of us seek some kind of relief from this state.

Some of us find it in substances,

Some in alcohol.

Others may find it in work or anything that can take our minds off of it.

However,

These are all very temporary solutions to something that needs to be addressed from within.

I would like to say to you that it's okay.

It's okay to feel the way you feel.

It's okay,

The actions,

The things you've done to relieve yourself from this state.

Please take a moment and say to yourself,

I'm okay.

It's okay.

I found the best way from what was available to me up until this moment to release the emotional resistance,

The sting,

The pain within me to soothe it in any way I could.

I found these ways.

I release all the shame and guilt.

I release all regret.

And now I know that I can turn inward,

Find the place that is quiet,

That is comforting,

That is gentle,

And the place that is full of love for me,

Regardless of my actions,

Regardless of my past.

I can begin again now.

I take the time to be quiet.

I take the time to focus my awareness on the flow of my breath and to allow the flow of my breathing to soothe me into the state of allowing the energy to flow freely.

Letting go of the resistance,

Giving up the fight and allowing myself to experience that gentle tuning,

That gentle harmony that will slowly well up from within me as I release my thoughts of judgment,

Of criticism,

Of me not being enough or worthy,

Of any thoughts that go against me.

I let go of being hard on myself.

I let go of pushing against my habits,

My addictions.

The only way I can move through to the other side is by accepting myself fully as I am and knowing that I am good,

That I am a good person looking for the way to connect.

And I have finally found it right here,

In the moment,

In the movement of my breath through my body,

In my focus on the breath.

I release,

I let go,

I give up of my story and I know I can begin again.

I knew with more sense of compassion towards my process,

With more understanding,

With more acceptance,

Knowing that all is well with me and that my source,

My inner being,

My inner self is always with me,

Loving me unconditionally.

All I need to do is to let go of the resistance and allow myself to feel my heart as it opens up,

As it releases the painful resistance.

Take a few moments to feel,

To soften up,

To let go,

To know that all is well with you.

Allow your awareness to rest in the flowing of the breath,

Not trying to solve anything,

Not trying to change yourself.

Just allow you to be you fully and love,

Or at least move closer to the feeling of gentle appreciation towards your life,

Towards your own self.

It is the worst thing that we can do when we turn against our own self,

When we get up on ourselves,

When we judge,

When we feel guilt and shame for who we are.

You are good and you are loved in every moment of every day if you allow it.

If you are undistressed,

Anxious,

Worried,

Let go,

Give it up.

The helping hand,

The helping emotion is within you and within your reach.

Know it,

Absolutely know it and take the time to feel it.

Continue doing what you're doing.

Just spend more time looking,

Sensing within you for that good feeling place so that it can replace everything that you are using to soothe that discord within you.

Step by step,

Breath by breath,

Thought by thought,

Belief by belief,

Let's bridge ourselves into the new feeling place of feeling good about who we are,

Of moving into the space of self-love,

Self-acceptance,

Self-upliftment and inspiration.

Let go of the opinions of others,

Move your full attention fully into yourself.

There is great love within your heart for you,

Not for anybody else.

First,

Just for you.

Fill yourself up,

Connect yourself to the stream of good feeling thoughts and emotions and then and only then you can share and you can be the example of the state that you've achieved,

That you've created and attuned to within you.

We are all in this together and I hope that this segment really helps you to soothe whatever painful emotions,

Whatever negative thoughts are flowing through you.
