Hello and welcome to this meditation on harmony and heart coherence.

This session is perfect for balance,

Alignment,

And just overall wellness.

Harmony is a powerfully blissful state of unity and balance,

Where things are in alignment and working together peacefully.

So we'll be playing around in this day-to-day and steeping in all its pleasurable effects.

Let's begin by settling into a comfortable position and allowing for your eyes to close.

Start to deepen your breath,

Lengthening your inhales and exhales longer and longer with each round.

Just see how much time you can take breathing in and breathing out.

Take as much time as you possibly can here.

Notice how there's nothing rushing you here,

That this is a pocket of space where you can be as slow as you want.

Maybe you can notice time starting to slow down around you.

Notice how your nervous system already begins to start regulating,

As everything around you slows.

Take a deep breath in,

Opening up to slowing down even more.

On the exhale,

Fully landing as all of you in this moment.

Notice the weight of your shoulders,

Your knuckles,

And your feet.

Notice the comfortable heaviness in your eyelids.

Maybe you can even notice the slow,

Steady beating of your heart.

Trace your heart to all the other organs connected to it through the network of your circulatory system.

One feedback loop of calm,

Slowness,

And ease.

Great work.

Just focus on the harmony that's already in your body.

How everything is working together as efficiently as possible and as discreet as possible,

Oftentimes without you consciously being aware.

Your body is always communicating its needs to you while working for you.

Place a hand on your heart,

Bringing all your awareness to this moment,

And begin to breathe into this harmony between the heart,

Body,

And mind.

Noticing how each breath amplifies this state and pouring all of your awareness here in the energetic current of heart,

Body,

Mind.

Picture a moment in time where you felt a sense of harmony.

Maybe it's a scene in nature where everything is working peacefully together.

Maybe it's a symbiotic relationship or friendship in which there's a sense of ease and balance.

Maybe it's a hobby or passion that pours into you and charges you up while you invest your energy into it.

Maybe it's as simple as a time of day,

A fresh early morning or calm evening that feels harmonious to your spirit.

Take some moments here,

Allowing the feeling of harmony to wash over you from head to toe.

Notice the sensations of harmony within your body.

For me,

It feels like a tingling sensation or warmth in the chest.

In just a moment,

We'll count to ten,

Amplifying these feelings of harmony.

You can imagine that we're turning up the dial on harmony ten notches,

Noticing these feelings intensifying,

Like a great wave of this feeling washes over you.

I'll begin.

5,

6,

7,

8,

9,

And 10.

Be there now.

Great work.

Now hold this amplified,

Intensified,

Powerful state of harmony and let any visuals or memories fade and blur into the background.

Feel how harmony continues to reside within you,

Not requiring any reason or attachment.

Maybe you can start to feel all the energy centers of the body harmonizing.

Maybe you can feel your energy harmonizing with the present moment.

Send the harmony generating within your body out into the area or space around you.

Coat the whole town or city with it.

Encompass the country with it and stretch it out to wrap around the whole world.

Just breathe here,

Enjoying how good this powerful,

Blissful state feels.

Great work.

While you steep in this state of harmony,

I'll state some affirmations you can repeat to yourself.

As you echo them back,

They double in their resonance.

All aspects of me are aligning into a pleasing and coherent unity.

I enjoy this state of balance and am grateful for my well-being.

I am learning to truly be at peace with myself,

Knowing all parts of me are harmonizing.

I lean into the perfect timing of things,

Knowing that it's all working out.

I look for evidence of the ease and peace already around me.

I find joy in being shown how easy things can get.

I listen to my heart and feel the boundless love it has for me,

Others,

And the world.

Excellent.

Notice if there are any messages that the heart has for you today.

Take a deep breath in,

Amplifying this state even more.

And on the exhale,

Anchor it into your being on an energetic level,

Knowing that you can return to this state any time you wish.

Do a body scan from head to toe,

Noticing what has shifted,

Noticing what's different.

Take note of all that you'll be bringing back with you.

And when you're ready,

And only when you're ready,

Eyes open,

Seeing the world from a place of heart coherence and harmony.
