This heart-centered practice invites you to breathe in the gentle and powerful pink light, focusing on areas within you that still hold pain, sorrow, or emotional heaviness. As you embrace self-forgiveness, you will awaken the radiant pink light that resides within you. This light represents compassion, renewal, and strength, which is who you truly are. Let each breath act as a soothing balm, and let each word help you remember. This is your opportunity to release what no longer serves you, to reconnect with your heart, and to reclaim your inner light.

Find a comfortable space where you will be undisturbed.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Bring all of your awareness into this sacred inner moment.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in through the nose and a soft releasing breath out the mouth.

Inhale,

Feeling the breath move into your chest,

Your belly,

And exhale,

Letting the body begin to relax.

With each breath,

Allow your body to settle.

Let the muscles in your face soften.

Let your jaw unclench.

Let your shoulders melt down and away from your ears.

Now bring both hands gently over your heart.

Feel the rhythm of your own aliveness,

The subtle pulse beneath your palms,

The sacred center of your being.

With your next breath in,

Begin to imagine a soft pink glow blossoming beneath your hands,

Gentle,

Radiant,

Like the first light of dawn.

This is your heart's frequency,

Unconditional love,

Deep compassion,

And sacred truth.

It is not something you earn.

It is already here and yours.

As you breathe in,

Let this pink light expand.

As you breathe out,

Feel it wrapping around you in your heart,

Comforting,

Tender,

And safe.

Let it ground you to the earth beneath you,

A thread of love anchoring you gently in this present moment.

Now breathe in the light again.

Feel your whole being encircled in this pink light.

Feel yourself being held completely,

Gently,

And lovingly.

If there is an area of your heart that feels closed,

A place where old pain or protection still lives,

Breathe the pink light in that area now.

Send the light gently into that space,

Not to force anything open,

But to whisper that you are safe,

You are seen,

You are free to soften.

And silently repeat to yourself,

I return to my heart.

I am safe to feel.

Love lives here in me.

Stay in this space for a few quiet moments.

Allow the light to heal.

You are not broken.

You are blooming.

You are healing in your own secret time.

No need to rush.

Take your time.

This is your moment of self-love,

Self-care,

A moment to rise,

And a moment to raise your vibration.

And when you are ready,

Come back to your awareness and to your body.

Notice the sounds around you.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Feel the ground beneath you,

Bring your hands again to your heart center.

Take one final deep breath in and exhale with gratitude.

And thank your heart,

Thank you heart,

I'm listening now,

I am ready to live from love.

You've done sacred work today.

You've returned to your heart bravely,

Gently,

And honestly.

Let that energy move with you as you walk into the rest of your day.

Rest in knowing that your heart is healing.

You are worthy of your own forgiveness.
