This meditation helps you to relax deeply. Bringing the awareness to the breath and the whole body is already stimulating the relaxation response and provides grounding. Through the stillness you will find inner peace and from this peace the opptorunity to reconnect back to your higher self, divine energy, promotes even deeper realxation and healing.

I invite you for another flow meditation.

Come back to your comfortable seat.

And come back to your breath.

And let the breath come through your whole body.

Giving your body the information to relax.

Breathing in to relax.

And breathing out to relax.

Use a few more breaths to relax.

Letting your whole body know to relax.

Let the breath go through the whole body so that the whole body can relax.

I invite you to do a body scan.

And while you're scanning through your body,

Have compassionate awareness through your whole body.

I invite you to start at the crown of the head.

And with compassionate awareness,

You slowly scan down through your head.

And there where you scan,

You relax.

You feel deep relaxation behind your eyes.

In between the ears and the nose.

In your mouth.

Your tongue is relaxing.

Scanning down through the throat and the neck.

You feel deep relaxation.

You feel permission to relax.

You're scanning through your shoulders.

They relax.

The muscles under the shoulder blades.

Relax.

And scanning further down through the torso.

Feeling the chest and the upper back relaxing.

Feeling the belly and the lower back relaxing.

Scanning through the arms,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Hands,

Fingers.

Everything is relaxing.

Scanning through the hips.

And relax.

And scanning further down into your legs,

Into your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Into the feet,

Into the toes.

Everything is relaxing.

You're bringing the awareness to the gravity.

Pulling down.

Relaxing deeper,

The whole body.

And bring in compassionate awareness to the feeling of being relaxed.

Even bring the awareness to your aura around your body.

Your energy field is relaxed.

Deeply relax.

And then come up into your heart space.

Connecting with your inner heart.

Connecting with your divine energy in your heart space.

And sitting with this energy.

Just sitting and listening.

Listen to your divine energy.

Maybe your guides are showing up.

Maybe ancestors.

Just sit and listen.

Keep listening to your divine energy.

And receiving.

Allow yourself to receive information.

Allow yourself to receive healing through your divine energy.

Bringing in the sensation of gratitude for your divine energy.

Your gratitude for your own healing.

And allow the breath to increase the energy in your heart space.

Allow the breath to connect deeper with your divine energy.

Bring the breath to fill yourself up with your divine energy.

Deep relaxation is happening.

Deep healing is happening.

Listen deeper to your divine energy in your heart space.

And fully immersed in gratitude.

Let deeper healing happen through the gratitude.

Let's bring in this healing into an intention.

I see myself healthy.

I trust my healing.

I see myself healthy.

I trust my healing.

Now send this intention from your heart space into the spine.

And from the spine,

This intention goes through the nervous system into each cell of your body.

The whole body feels the intention.

I see myself healthy.

I trust the healing process.

Start already taking deeper breath.

And with this deeper breath,

You can send this intention out into your aura,

Into the energy field around you.

And feel the vibration,

This big large space around you.

Your divine energy from the heart space.

Send out into each cell of your body.

Out into your energy field.

And feeling the energy of the intention.

I see myself healthy.

I trust my healing.

Finish this meditation.

Bring your hands onto your heart space.

Sensing your physical heart.

Feeling your body.

And again,

Take a deep long breath in.

And with the next exhalation,

You can bring your hands in front of your heart space in Anjali Mudra.
