In today’s Satsang, Premasudha translates the language of the Universe into something our human minds can grasp, helping us understand the deeper processes at play. In truth, we are all part of the same soul, with infinite wisdom available to us, if we choose to listen. Our soul loves us unconditionally and tries to protect us, yet sometimes, only through pain, can it reach us. A sign of this may be physical pressure in the head area which is —our soul knocking, asking to come in. As we turn inward, we may encounter resistance from others. Indeed crabs in a bucket will pull each other back as they attempt to climb out. What if we were to help each other out of the bucket? What if we made an effort to lift each other up? The journey within may not always be easy, but as long as we persist and keep opening to grace, the path to love can unfold more smoothly and with more ease. A good teacher makes this whole process much easier.

May you all open to receive love.

Please.

Yeah.

Sometimes,

You know,

I've been sort of encouraging,

It's not to force progress,

But you know,

If you want to grow spiritually,

Keep it,

Keep it in mind.

So that you,

You keep it in mind so that you are making choices to promote your growth all the time.

So I was saying to Maxie on weekends,

She could,

When she gets tense,

She could just say,

Maxie,

Let's just try relaxing and see what happens.

Let's try letting go of control a little bit,

See what happens.

It's that you guys,

It's that.

We,

We tend to either be too passive and not make any effort,

Or we try too hard.

It's more just staying present like a child and keeping it in mind.

Yeah.

So I want to come back to,

You know,

Maybe take a minute to ask for the creator's grace to give us help for being,

You know,

Bumbling human beings,

Sincere hearted,

Good hearted.

Yeah,

But the waves of grace coming over from,

From the Darshan Hall.

Yeah,

Just the grace,

The love's coming to help us.

Right.

And it's infinite help.

And it's always there.

We just have to keep it in mind.

I feel that your,

Your hearts need a drink of nectar.

It's almost like a drink of water,

But it's like you needed,

Your hearts need a drink of nectar.

And,

You know,

In the,

In the West,

We're so over to the head,

So our hearts can go dry.

And we,

We live our lives too intellectually,

And we,

We lose the joy.

So there's a lot of love coming right to your hearts,

You guys.

Yeah,

And I know that your hearts are softening every week.

More and more.

And this one can get through more and more.

I mean,

The couple of people who are mad at me,

It's kind of,

You know,

It's just like,

This is the premise of his life,

You know.

That's it.

That's it.

Right.

Right.

It's coming to you.

And it's strengthening your heart.

You really need it.

I can feel it.

All of you.

Yeah.

Okay,

Part of what I want to talk about today are people who are so functioning in the heart,

That they make little sense to our conventional mind.

So in the East,

There are these people called,

I think it's Avadhuts.

It's A-V-A-D-H-A-T-S,

I think.

Anyway,

I'll give you an example of one.

So this is a story that Amos is in one of her books.

So she's driving in the bus.

It's very late at night.

She's with,

You know,

They're coming back from a program somewhere near the ashram,

But they're traveling at night.

All of a sudden,

Mama tells the driver to stop,

Whoever's driving and stop.

And she gets out.

And meanwhile,

This figure emerges from the bushes.

And the two of them start kind of dancing together,

And making all kinds of weird sounds.

And even I think it was gently biting each other.

It was just like,

Crazy looking.

Nobody could make sense of it.

And after a bit,

Ama got back in the bus and went on.

And that's one of these people,

I'll just get the proper spelling.

I wrote it down here somewhere.

Oh,

Yeah.

A-V-A-D-H-U-T.

A-V-A-D-H-U-T.

Anyway,

So they're people who are enlightened,

But they're not,

They don't teach at all.

They,

Through their action,

They will express something for humanity.

So there's somebody in India who does roll a rock up the hill,

And then just when it's near the top,

It falls all the way down.

Which is that,

You know,

What is that story?

Is that Sisyphus?

It's an old,

It's an old myth.

And it's,

It's supposed to be the reflect what our human life is like.

We all know that.

We all think,

Okay,

I'm almost there.

Life is going to be so good.

It's going to be so great.

And then,

You know,

You know,

Something bad happens,

And we're back to square one.

So they're very important,

But they're almost functioning symbolically,

But they're expressions of the divine.

So we in the West don't even know about this.

We,

We wouldn't even,

We would just lock them up.

Okay.

Yeah.

So I want to tell you about one man who lived near where the Bhagavan ashram is in Tamil Nadu.

And I think it was like about 1910 to 2000,

I think he lived.

Anyway,

He was a beggar.

So for most of his life,

He was a beggar,

And he would pick up strings and pieces of paper and carry them around in bags.

Okay.

And what he would do as he,

You know,

He had some kind of a spiritual experience and some kind of teachers.

And as he became more and more enlightened,

He would place these papers in certain places all around the city.

And if any of the people,

You know,

Who he started to be celebrated,

Celebrated finally,

And actually,

Finally,

They built an ashram around him.

But before they did that,

People would follow him around,

And they'd pick up the papers,

And he'd yell at them,

And they'd say,

Don't move them.

He'd get really fierce.

Don't move them.

This is his work.

This was his work.

And this was God's work.

And there was incredible meaning to everything he did.

Every piece of paper,

Where it was placed,

How it was placed,

Had huge divine meaning.

Okay,

It just sounds like nutsoid.

But to me,

Now,

It totally makes sense.

I can totally imagine that.

And there's a Swami,

The first American Swami who came,

And I can,

You know,

I can never remember his name.

But he's now,

I think,

Working in Ames Hospital,

Running it.

And he had cancer for a long time,

But now the cancer's gone away.

It just,

He just got better.

Anyway,

He studied with somebody for nine years,

And most of the training had to do with the placements of objects around the,

You know,

The small room they lived in.

And if he put a cup or anything,

Even a millimetre differently than how his teacher had put it,

He got in big trouble.

Okay,

So what I was thinking about all this is,

With this work,

Which is very emotional,

Psychological,

It's exactly the same thing in a way.

The things I say to you to do,

It's exactly like that guy putting a piece of paper in a certain place.

It's like totally the creator coming through with whatever needs to be said to you.

Yeah.

And if you don't follow up,

You know,

You know this about me,

I'll start hammering.

It's just like this guy yelling at his students for moving the paper.

Or sometimes he would ask them to pick up something for him.

And if they didn't pick it up in exactly the right way,

He would get so annoyed.

And the thing is,

What I noticed is with this,

Having come as far as I've gotten,

The knowledge is very precise.

So the things I say,

I just mean it in with precision.

Yeah.

And if this one says to do something,

Do it.

It's not just casual.

Yeah.

At least give it a try.

And if it doesn't work well,

You know,

Come back and speak.

But I totally had empathy for this guy putting papers down and people not realizing how important it was.

And I thought that poor guy.

And how could he ever explain to people the reason for the papers?

At least I can give you sort of a psychological explanation or give you kind of a spiritual explanation to keep your head comfortable and happy.

But with him,

He's like,

What possible reason could he give for why a paper should be right next to a cup or two inches away from a cup?

Yeah.

So this is the wild world of spirituality.

And these people,

They don't,

You know,

Usually have followers.

And this guy,

You know,

Finally,

People just sort of surrounded him and basically built a ashram around him.

And then I actually think he stopped going around putting papers everywhere.

But,

You know,

When I was reading about this,

When I was studying with Amma,

I was going,

Oh my goodness,

This is so funny.

But,

You know,

I have always felt a little bit with a little bit,

I've got a little bit of the adzutut in me.

You know,

I always felt that I'm a little bit like that.

But,

You know,

This is for the collective.

So there's not very much like 3%.

Yeah,

Anyway,

It's interesting to broaden your minds.

And that's why it's like,

Don't get too focused on,

You know,

Self improvement and everything.

Because really,

The whole thing's ridiculous.

It's like,

You know,

Putting papers in certain spots.

It's like children will play games like that,

Right?

Yeah.

Anyway,

So I just hope that opens your hearts and opens your minds too.

For the fullness of the journey.

Yeah,

Because it's a little bit crazy.

The journey,

It just is.

You know,

You have to be a little bit crazy for God to get anywhere.

Yeah.

But on the other hand,

You know,

Everything's going so crazy now,

Like,

Everything I had a pressing feeling before starting was,

I really want to do this exercise with you.

I want you all to hold your breath till you can't hold your breath anymore.

And when you can't hold your breath anymore,

Take a breath.

Okay,

So at the count of three,

We'll all hold our breaths.

And please,

You know,

Breathe again before you faint.

Don't faint.

Okay.

One,

Two,

Three.

And hold it for as long as you can.

Yeah.

Some of you may like Houdini.

Okay.

Okay.

So now,

The reason I've asked you to do this is I wanted to give you a direct experience that something beyond you is breathing you.

You are being breathed by something beyond you.

Something beyond you is in control of you taking breaths.

You felt that when,

You know,

You had to take a breath.

You just had to.

So this is the same as everybody in the world.

We all get to this point if we hold our breath.

And the thing that's breathing us is the creator.

So it's not just you.

It's everybody in the sad Sang.

Everybody in the whole world.

If they hold their breath,

The creator will finally insist that they take a breath.

Everything is one.

We're all part of one creator.

Yeah.

So when we look at each other,

We're actually closer than brother and sister.

Yeah.

It's your fellow creator fragment.

And that's why really holy people,

They don't see too much difference between them and anybody else.

And when Bhagavan,

You know,

If he was given medicine,

Even he would give part of the medicine to other people because he felt like it was all one.

He's all one.

And that's too far out for me.

I can't see that.

But for him,

It was a reality.

And Amma,

Well,

You know,

She gets full watching us eat.

Because it's like watching.

It's like eating herself.

And any mother or loving parent knows this feeling that when your child's eating,

It's kind of like you eating.

What I'm hoping that this group is,

You know,

That it turns into really a great interest in walking and integrity and how to do it.

Some of you are feeling quite hollow.

And we can feel hollow sometimes.

Has anybody got a question or comment or anything?

You know,

When you get through your hardest times,

You will see that you could not have made the shift without them,

Without the hard times.

And you would willingly go through the hard times again.

That's how you get on the journey.

They're just so pleased to have had the breakthroughs,

You would do it all again.

There's another thing I wanted to talk to you about.

I don't want you to be too passive,

You guys.

I'm telling you,

Really,

Your bad habit of focusing on how bad you are.

Yeah,

Really,

It's just,

Oh,

My goodness,

Don't do it.

It's,

You know,

For me,

It's like,

I get kind of conflicted.

It's kind of like I have compassion.

And at the same time,

Sometimes it seems indulgent,

Because,

You know,

And this is tying back to when we took the breath,

And that we're all part of the Creator.

You guys,

You guys,

And I are part of the same soul,

Like you can access what I know,

Like,

You know,

What I what I know,

Like,

You know,

It,

It's in there.

It's,

It's not that you were the same soul.

You have the same understanding available.

Yeah,

Please get that.

Let that really rock you,

Please,

Because it's,

It's available.

It's very democratic.

It's available for whoever wants it.

If you want it,

You'll,

You'll kind of go like,

Okay,

I know that where what I'm doing leads me.

So I'm going to do things differently.

You could,

You know,

This is what Pramasutta did.

She just,

I just set off wanting to embody love and didn't have a teacher and was raising these kids,

You know,

And progress was slow.

But I had this will of iron,

You know,

Once I decided.

And what I noticed with people with teachers,

They're let,

Sometimes they don't make that pivotal decision.

You see,

If you have a teacher,

Sometimes you just want to sit around and feel,

It feels good to turn up to satsang and you don't,

You don't bring your will in.

You see,

So I brought my will in because I was such a lost soul and there was no teacher around.

So please bring your will in,

Your will to do things differently.

Not to fight with yourself.

It's just,

If you find yourself thinking the same line of thoughts of going,

Oh,

This thing,

Thought process,

Oh,

This is just dreary stuff again.

I don't want to think like this anymore.

It's like that.

It's just kind of,

There's a lightness to it.

It's just,

I'm not going to do this anymore.

Lots of times seekers will get in there and battle,

Fight,

You know,

You don't have to do that.

It's like,

You know,

It's coming back.

If you want the being energy,

You think about it and go,

Okay,

Like experiment.

So I've said this before,

Sometimes I'd be in a mess and with big tears and everything.

And I would say to the universe,

Okay,

I don't mind feeling all this stuff,

But you have to bring me up.

So I look reasonable when I go pick up the kids.

And indeed,

By the time the kids,

I was trying to pick up the kids,

I would be back to myself and feeling fine.

It's like that.

Any of you can do that.

And someone like me is like to comfort you and reassure you.

And then please do things like that.

Otherwise it just turns into,

You know,

It can turn into one of those single clubs,

You know,

Where lonely heart clubs and everybody goes to find their mate,

Right.

And it's full of all the people who couldn't sort of come up with some hobby to get.

It gets full of the most passive people.

I don't want to do that.

This is priceless information,

You know,

Use it.

What I want to talk to you about was I had an experience where I got a correction from mama,

A very loving correction,

Very loving.

Something happened and she was just very loving with me.

But I knew that the thing that had happened had happened because it was her will and it was a correction for me.

But I'm always very sweet with me.

Then you guys in the middle of the night,

I had an encounter with my soul,

Which is also Amma.

Okay.

But it was,

I experienced it as my soul energy.

But Amma is showing us our soul energy anyway.

And this soul energy was saying to me,

I'm so sorry.

It's like,

I'm so sad about any pain that you've been caused by this correction.

If there was any other way to do it,

I would have done it.

But I couldn't get through to you anyway,

Any other way.

And I'm just so sorry for it.

I just hate really,

My soul was saying this to me.

I just hate seeing you upset and disappointed.

And you know,

I wasn't even that upset.

It was like something,

It was like,

The 5 millionth disappointment in the course of a life.

It's like,

Okay,

Here's another one.

But this care coming from my soul,

It was unbelievable.

The experience of how loved we are.

This isn't just me.

This was my experience,

But this is how our souls are with us.

And it was like,

I was the most beloved child who'd ever lived.

And my soul was like,

Trying to sort of do anything than cause me any more pain.

Truly,

It was just,

It was off the wall.

So I want you to realize how loved you are.

You see?

Like this,

Where Prema Sutta is,

It's sort of like,

This is the rarefied air that I finally am breathing now.

I didn't used to get these experiences.

But this is the truth of it.

This is the truth of it,

No matter how it feels to you,

You guys.

And even if you have the experience of being surrounded by demons,

Which is just,

I'll tell you,

It's just your ego.

It's a subtle form of ego.

They're not really real beyond the ego.

The truth of it is,

Your soul would do anything for you.

And that your soul will be sobbing,

Will be in sorrow that you're having this tough experience in life.

I'm not kidding you guys.

It's like,

Like a loving parent,

A loving mother,

A loving father,

Times a trillion,

Million,

Double trillion,

And square it,

Cube it.

That's how loved you are.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And I,

What I thought about it was that this was the lesson I needed to learn and why I got disappointed because I didn't realize how loved we are.

Yeah.

And Amma is just reflecting that and she just keeps going the extra mile.

I mean,

Her whole life,

I mean,

I've been,

You know,

Reduced to tears actually watching her because it's her whole life is just doing anything she can to save the sick baby that the human race is,

You know,

She said that she's like a mother with a sick baby,

You know.

And this woman,

She's just every single second.

That's how loved you are,

You guys.

You see,

But in order to feel it,

You will have to use your will and start exploring what it would be like to feel love like that,

You know.

Well,

It takes will to come to a set saying,

So it's a good,

It's a good start,

You guys.

Yes,

Please.

Oh,

Trilla Chan.

Yeah.

How are you?

How I am?

Yeah.

Coming back from a very intensive weekend at the German Amma Ashram.

We had the helper weekend for preparing Amma's potential Europe tour.

Yeah.

And I want to share something I haven't talked too much about,

I think,

Which makes,

I felt the urge to share it because it resonates with what you said.

Yeah,

Go for it.

We're just so loved,

Right?

And you talk often about in my context,

But in general about rather not doing just being right.

I'm realizing in the last weeks,

More and more intensive.

And I think it has also a lot to do with my back struggles with my back tensions and pain,

Which are not fully done.

They're still there,

But better and better.

What I'm realizing is that my Seva efforts are so far from being really pure and selfless.

I'm very involved in the German Ashram and I do a lot.

It's,

I mean,

Germany has a reputation,

I know all over the world,

We're so crazy in Seva,

The few people who are really strongly involved.

And I know a few people,

Including me,

We're currently learning more and more where to set healthy limits,

Healthy barriers to say,

No,

I cannot do more.

This was so obvious again,

This weekend where I was involved in trainings for a new database we created and also the normal dishwashing Seva,

Which I'm always involved,

All that.

And I had to say clearly,

No,

I can't do all that.

I want to do less.

No,

You have to,

We don't have helpers.

The very end,

At least I learned a lesson that for the dishwashing,

I stepped back to only one shift a day.

But what was even more important than for me to learn how much I still do the Seva,

Because I want to do it,

But at least the recognition,

The appraisal,

The,

Sometimes people saying,

Hey,

How well you have done,

How important that is,

Which I always give a supervisor.

I do that very often with my teams,

But how much do I want that?

If it doesn't happen,

Right.

How that triggers,

Right.

Right.

Yeah.

Especially then knowing where are your limits?

Because I'm talking so often in public.

I know she hears millions of people.

She talks,

How important it is to do a lot of Seva,

Right.

But she,

For me,

She doesn't talk very often.

Where is it?

You have to set your healthy limits.

This is some important lesson.

Many of us have to learn.

And I'm in a big learning process.

And then where are your healthy barriers,

Especially if you have a busy life and have a normal working life,

Right.

Whatever it is,

Family life.

Yeah.

That's something which really resonates to what you say.

We're just loved whatever we do.

We don't have to do crazy amount of Seva.

Some maybe have to do it.

No,

This above all to thine own self be true.

In fact,

Half the time,

I'll tell you what I've seen a lot is people doing Seva and they're running away from exactly the level that I'm teaching you guys at.

Yeah.

They're running away from this.

It's a higher level of integrity.

And,

You know,

The Seva like this work that Pramasutra does is the real Seva.

It's like,

You know,

If you're doing something that is coming from your heart directly from you,

That,

That,

That really,

It's kind of like a Seva nobody else can do.

Just because it's coming from who you really are,

That path will take you to self-realization.

That is what Amma talks about with the,

You know,

Selfless service,

The soap of selfless service,

You know,

As well as sure helping her with,

With,

It's all good.

But,

You know,

I think some people run from this more subtle levels of the heart.

And you know what I'm talking about?

Sure.

I've done that along many years on Amritapuri.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I guess.

I don't know.

Yeah.

And sure.

I mean,

The ego screams when we,

You know,

We lose the pats on the back.

Right.

I mean,

I noticed when,

You know,

Peter left and all of a sudden I was without a husband,

This was 40 years ago.

And,

And also when,

When I grew,

Grew,

Grew beyond,

You know,

My family had been well off and everything.

I'd got a lot of respect.

And when I started not getting that anymore,

It was a big shock to me.

It's the same kind of thing.

It's like,

I'm going like,

Well,

I don't feel like I'm worth anything.

Yeah.

That's where self-love comes in.

And right.

That's how we condition.

I mean,

From very,

I mean,

I know it's very early days,

You know,

When you have good marks at school,

At your exams,

You get,

I don't know,

Five Euro,

Deutsch mark in the old days,

Whatever.

I mean,

It starts so early and it's,

It's getting so much more obvious than it was before.

I mean,

It's,

It's not nothing new,

Right.

I mean,

But it's getting more and more obvious.

I think that's good.

Yeah.

It's part of the process of,

Of instead of being really outer directed,

You turn around,

You come more,

You become more inward.

Right.

Something I think I shared with a few people in a similar process now in the German ashram,

I think we realized when we step back and find healthy barriers,

Then our Sevas come much more from our heart,

Much more from,

Because we don't so it's such a big pressure and urge.

Right.

Right.

It's like mama,

If mama is feeling resentful,

The kids know it and they just stay away from it.

Right.

It's no good.

You know,

They can feel it.

They'll feel it in their food.

It's no good.

The same principle.

If you're,

If you're doing Seva with resentment or feeling burdened,

It's no good at all.

Yeah.

But we were always wondering,

I don't know if you have an answer.

Why is Amma in public not talking so much about that?

I mean,

When we,

When most of us who are just exchanging now,

The few people who have a similar process in the German ashram,

We're wondering when we are,

If you understand Amma correctly,

She talks so much how important it is to do Seva,

But not to found your healthy limits.

Yeah.

You know,

She's got people of all religions,

All like old souls,

Young souls,

Do you know,

I mean,

I think if she starts talking at this level,

It will just get misunderstood.

Maybe.

Yeah.

Or maybe there's so many people who do too little Seva and they need to do more and others have to learn a different way.

I don't know.

Yeah.

She's,

You know,

Over the years lately,

She's getting,

She's talking more about the inward journey.

She's getting more and more inward in what she says.

So,

Yeah,

I know.

I used to wonder about that.

I go like,

How come she's not talking about this?

But I think it's just be too easily misunderstood and she's got different cultures and races and I don't know how she does it.

I finally,

Like even with you guys,

Like 20 people,

It's a,

That's a good to be understood by everybody.

That's a stretch,

You know?

Yeah.

But,

You know,

Maybe something else is very beautiful to be shared.

I don't know how helpful that that is for others.

I think you remember I asked Amma in December through Swami Shubhamritananda,

If I can step back from the supervising Seva and she never gave me an answer.

When I finally decided after four weeks myself and the first process came to new people who did my job,

Exactly on that day,

I got an answer from Amma.

I received it,

Right?

From Swami.

And the day when I had the new,

From one person was me.

I had three people who did the same job.

It was very interesting,

Right?

So at the same day I got the answer from Swami Shubhamritananda.

And so beautiful what Amma said.

Totally okay to step out of this Seva,

From the supervising Seva,

But what is Amma important is peace of mind.

That's what matters for Amma,

Peace of mind.

And it was such a beautiful,

Powerful answer.

Right.

Once I realized,

Okay,

I was not in peace of mind anymore.

I had to step out because it was way too much.

Yeah.

And she's so incredibly brilliant,

Right?

She makes you actually make the decision and take the step and then she validates it.

It's just beautiful,

Right?

Not the first time for me,

But it was again,

Beautiful.

Yeah.

No,

Yeah,

No.

She's so,

You know,

It's just,

Yeah.

Yeah.

No,

I think you're on the right track.

I mean,

I,

You know,

If your prayers to Amma are getting more sincere,

Then that's,

You're on the right track now.

I mean,

That's,

But it's,

It's hard.

I mean,

And it's part of this Roman centurion personality having to like bite the dust and the new,

You know,

I don't know,

Spirit poet or,

You know,

The new masculine spirit poet,

Poet,

Poet,

Trilla Chan.

I don't know.

You know,

You're bringing in more,

More,

I actually like you a lot better.

The bottom line.

So,

You know,

It's like,

Yeah,

It's enough.

I do far easier to reach your heart.

Far less defended.

So,

You know,

It seems like all systems go,

But they're growing pains,

Right?

And sure the,

You know,

The others,

And especially the people that are really,

If their egos are really invested in it,

They,

They,

They can even give you a hard time,

But oh,

Well,

You know,

What's new,

You know,

It's like the crabs in the bucket.

Amma will talk about that.

As soon as one starts climbing out of the bucket,

The others will pull him down or her down.

That was my experience.

Yeah.

And everybody's just doing it out of a hurt heart.

It's not malicious.

That's beautiful that you say that.

I mean,

By that process,

I understand so much better other people who had conflicts in the last year,

Which because they're actually only out of their,

They're acting out of their hurt heart because they are in the same process.

They do their SEVA efforts out of one main reason to be seen,

To be loved,

To be recognized,

To be appraised.

Yeah.

Yeah.

It's the hurt hearts.

Yeah.

I don't want to go into details,

But the weekend,

There was so many examples on that.

When you see that white people are acting as they're acting,

Or when they're not mentioned,

They're part of the leadership team or whatever,

You know,

Like,

Oh,

Goodness.

I mean,

We're all,

Yeah.

I think hardly anyone does really pure selfless service,

But it's hard to recognize that yourself,

If it's like a punchline.

I know.

Isn't that true,

You guys?

It's hard to see.

I mean,

It's like Alma says,

We're all like,

We all think we're,

She doesn't say we think we're marble cakes,

But she says,

You know,

That we,

We think we're the good guys and everybody else is the bad guy.

Yeah,

I know.

I know it myself.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

All we can,

I don't know.

I just think you're right on track.

This is good.

And,

You know,

As we model taking care of our hearts and being more inward,

You know,

That's how it spreads and then it becomes okay for everybody else.

Hmm.

Yeah.

And the work will get done anyway,

Like whatever Alma needs getting done will get done.

It will just have a,

It could get done with a lot less fighting and a lot less stress and strain,

You know,

When you,

When you do things out of being energy,

It's like,

It all gets done without,

You know,

Not too much of a problem.

Yeah.

You guys are so dear.

You're so dear up now.

I have another beautiful topic,

But it's other speaker.

People speak.

Sorry.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Thanks.

Thanks.

Sebastian,

Will you please do my WhatsApp and pronounce your name on my WhatsApp and I will practice it because I realized afterwards,

Like,

So I'm asking Susan to not call me Prema Sudra,

But then I'm going like,

Sebastian.

So,

And considering that when,

When I thought about your family and that you were a little bit,

You know,

You're,

You know,

Didn't always feel honored.

I realized it was really important for me to call you by your proper name.

Okay.

So give me the pronunciation and I will do that.

I'll practice like Susan did for Prema Sudra.

Yeah.

Okay.

Good.

Good.

Okay.

Blessings.

Is anybody else got a comment or?

Yeah.

You guys are feeling a bit of the love.

You feeling a bit of the love.

You look like you're warming up a bit.

Yeah.

It's very beautiful.

All of you.

Sometimes if we've got thoughts running and you go,

You know,

These thoughts are affecting my life and I shouldn't have them.

Just noticing them will neutralize them.

Don't get too worried about it.

Just noticing.

If you've got a little kid and they're trying really hard to help you,

Like maybe there's a three-year-old in the kitchen,

You know,

Any mom knows what this is like and it's like,

Oh God,

But they really want to help and they're trying hard.

And you just are really patient with them because they're so trying hard and their little hearts are in it and they love you and they're just trying to help and everything.

It's the same with God and us,

Please.

Really,

The patience for us is endless.

If we're sincere and yeah,

There's endless,

Endless patience for us.

Some of you have well-developed thought processes about who you think you are.

So,

Yeah,

Listen to this,

You guys.

Who you think you are and what your problem is.

And,

You know,

That stuff.

It's very well-developed and sometimes I can feel that I'm getting walled off by this,

By these thoughts that you've got about who you are,

What you think your problems are.

Yeah,

It can wall me off.

Yeah.

So,

Loosen those things.

Don't hold on to them too tightly.

Just have it kind of loose,

Little loose.

Loosen it.

You know,

You can keep all that,

Your idea of yourself and what you think your problems are and everything,

But just dilute it a bit.

Don't hold on to it quite so hard.

Yeah.

Yes.

Who's that?

Eva.

Good.

Hi.

Hi,

How are you?

I'm fine,

Thank you.

Good.

I just want to share,

I think it was two weeks ago when you said to me that in the ashram you asked me how I feel and I couldn't say very much,

But you said to me that it's very important,

This feeling of kind of forgiveness,

To feel the forgiveness for myself.

Right,

I remember,

Yeah.

Forgiveness for everything,

What happened and even if it didn't happen and if it's happening very maybe late and for me it was so helpful.

I'm really glad that you said this to me because it's kind of softening myself for myself and feeling a little bit more tenderness in everything,

Which I do sometimes.

Very little things feel a kind of tender,

You know,

Which you said before,

If you put one thing here and put one thing there,

Sometimes it feels so soft and so,

How do you say,

Tender.

I don't have another word for it.

Beautiful.

Yeah,

It was so helpful that you said it to me.

I try to practice,

I try to practice really this kind of forgiveness for myself.

That's it,

You guys,

That's all I'm wanting.

Just take what I say and run with it,

You know,

Yeah,

Because it's not Prama Sutta,

It's coming from beyond me.

Yeah,

And it's,

You know,

This one,

It's this,

This one's got this,

The gift coming through is this psychological precision with what you guys need,

Yeah.

It's beautiful,

Eva,

And I actually feel a kind of a relief in a funny way,

Isn't that funny,

Because it's so important to get it.

This is the key to your whole life,

To your whole future is getting this.

Right,

Yeah.

Yeah,

It's very beautiful.

Oh,

That's so good,

And it's so good to model to the to you guys,

To the rest of you guys.

It can be done.

Yeah,

Especially the things which I didn't do in my life,

You know,

I'm 61,

And sometimes I think,

Why didn't I do this and that,

And I start to compare with other women who brought more out in their lives and to show more up,

And it's like,

Okay,

I didn't do it,

But it feels fine in my heart,

And it's fine with myself,

And I don't have to show up so,

So much,

So many things,

Just,

I,

I'm just here,

And I try to practice,

And I try to love,

And yeah,

Sometimes I just,

Sometimes it's difficult with this competition I feel in myself,

And I compare,

But this is all this is all my mind,

And I do not have to do it.

No,

It's kind of like a lily comparing herself to another flower,

You know,

It's kind of like,

It's,

What's the point,

Right?

Yeah,

I don't know,

Sweetie,

You're,

You know,

I,

I think you've been cooking your whole life,

You're so deep,

You know,

You're so deep that,

I don't know,

You can't compare yourself to others,

I mean,

It's apples and oranges,

It's like,

You know,

You can't,

Depth is so kind of an invisible thing,

It doesn't show,

You know what I mean,

You can't,

Yeah,

And anyway,

It's already happened,

Right,

It was meant to be this way,

And personally,

I think,

You know,

Having depth,

That's a tremendous success,

Just a tremendous,

And,

You know,

Premasutra,

Look at me,

It's like 72,

I've written all these books,

Nobody reads them,

You guys faithfully come,

I thank you so much,

Like,

I got 200,

300 videos,

25 people watch them,

It's like,

It's a good thing that I'm not using the usual measuring sticks,

Because otherwise I'd jump off a bridge,

I'm teasing about that,

I wouldn't jump off a bridge,

But you see what I mean,

Yeah,

You can't,

No,

Yeah,

It's just a big property,

You guys,

It's such a big property,

Is that Ellen Musk guy,

And I don't know,

I saw a picture,

And he's got a new wife,

She dresses like sort of a teenager,

And it's like,

I'm going like,

We look up to these people,

These people are considered the top,

And I'm like,

Oh my goodness,

We're such a mixed up society,

You know,

So if you've got depth in this world,

Congratulations,

Woman,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah,

You got the heart of a little child,

It's beautiful,

Thanks Eva,

Thanks for speaking.

I'm good,

Thanks.

Yeah,

That's encouraging for the younger women,

This is good,

Franka,

I wanted to ask you about how the angels are doing,

And I don't mean to be flippant at all,

I mean seriously,

I've thought of you several times about it,

For this,

For the rest of you,

Franka had,

When I was,

She's on my prayer list,

And so when I was praying,

I had the feeling of these high-level angels working with her,

And they wanted more attention,

And I just wondered how that sat with you,

Sweetie.

Hi everyone,

Hi Pramasutta,

Thanks for asking,

I am just watching myself and trying to find out how to open up for this angel,

And was asking Amma to help me with this,

And I thought I might have a dream tonight about it or something,

So I asked if they could just,

Yeah,

Come in contact with me over the dreams,

But this didn't happen,

So I'm just open to anything that I can feel,

I can feel that my heart opens when I listen to the subliminals and to the satsangs and everything,

So I think that's the way to get in contact with them,

You know.

Oh yes,

Sweetie,

I don't want it to turn into like that you have to do anything,

You're doing it,

Sweetie,

You're doing it,

Relax,

Relax,

In fact the whole reason that the angels were like thinking about passing on is you were kind of trying too hard in your life,

Rather than relaxing into it,

But yesterday your heart opened beautifully,

So I'm not sure.

Yeah,

That data is what I'm using,

So if it's open,

I think that's where the possibility is there to just be open for them.

Just assume it's going to happen and all is well,

And don't worry about it too much.

All right,

Okay,

Yeah,

Yes,

Yeah,

Really,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Really,

It's like with that bulletin from me and everything,

You've been woken up to it,

It's all happening,

And it's just that,

You know,

That like in the picture you showed me after RIT with Amma,

It was this woman of substance,

You know,

This significant woman,

And it's,

I'm just going to be encouraging you that way,

You know,

Just doing everything I can to just support that,

And you don't have to try,

Okay,

Don't try,

Okay,

Don't,

Just keep it in mind,

You know,

And you could speak to the angels,

You know,

As you go out the door and go,

You know,

Give me a message today,

As you know,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Maybe a butterfly will come and sit on your head,

You know,

Stories that people,

You know,

About how they're,

They're communicated with by their lost loved ones,

Yeah,

Yeah,

There are two,

There are two of these big angels,

They're there,

Sweetie,

They're not going anywhere,

Don't worry,

Yeah,

Okay,

Good.

Alisha,

Is your microphone working?

Yeah,

Good,

Good,

How are you,

Dear one,

How are you?

Yeah,

Good,

Actually,

Yeah,

I had like the same problem,

Like Trilochan for,

I don't know,

Maybe like the past few weeks or months,

Like this doing versus being question,

So yeah,

Like even being,

Yeah,

Laziness being versus working,

You know,

Like this question,

So yeah,

It's like a constant topic in my life,

Like,

Yeah,

I'm meeting people who,

Yeah,

Who just decide to,

You know,

Get money from the welfare office and,

You know,

Just take from society and not give anything back,

So yeah,

And I kind of feel quite judgmental of it,

But maybe the spiritual view of laziness is not as bad as I find it or,

You know,

Like this kind of,

Yeah.

Right,

Right,

Okay,

So that's up for you,

Okay,

You're so dear,

Ah,

You are just so dear,

You know,

During the prayer,

When I was praying for you,

I kept seeing this,

A piece of full scap paper attached to your back with all this writing on it,

And I kept taking the paper off your back,

But then it kept on sticking to your back,

So it was sort of as if,

I felt like you weren't sure whether you're a human being or whether you're kind of this,

Your work,

You know,

Yeah.

I mean,

The sticky paper is like,

Yeah,

I'm kind of stuck in this,

And I know that,

And it's like,

Maybe I should just change the,

My thinking or feeling about,

You know,

Like,

How to go about life and not being judgmental,

You know,

About things like that,

And yeah.

Yeah,

That was so easy,

Right,

If we could just press a button and not be judgmental,

It's like,

The thing is,

It'll be parts of yourself that you're judging,

It's like,

You'll be,

It's the parts of you that are,

That are less productive,

Or,

You know,

That don't give a F,

You know,

That you're judging,

And that's why these people bother you.

Yeah,

Well,

Realistically,

I can say,

If we have a whole society of people like that,

We're,

We're going to go down the tube,

So,

You know what I mean,

Like,

It doesn't,

It doesn't work,

Right?

Exactly,

Yeah.

But it's for you to build a relationship with your inside landscape more,

You get hypnotized by the outside.

Yeah,

Okay,

So I'll tell you that when I was really young,

I would go,

I would be attracted to the wildest,

Craziest kind of guys,

And like I said,

I was brought up in this very strict way,

So it didn't work at all.

So,

But I,

Afterwards,

I realized it was my own wildness that I,

That was attracting me,

Do you see what I mean?

It,

That I hadn't made room within me to allow my own wildness,

So I would be attracted to these wild people,

And it would never work out,

Do you see?

Because I had to do some look at my inner landscape,

And that's what you don't know how to do.

Well,

Yeah,

I mean,

There might be a really lazy part,

And a part that really wants to take and not give back to society,

I don't know,

Yeah,

Sure.

There will be,

But it's still,

Knowing that,

You still have to sort of find it in your inner landscape.

Yeah,

You know,

This is a thing,

I mean,

With the,

We're human beings,

It's,

The stuff,

The relationship with the mom,

There's a solid relationship with the mom,

The child has kind of,

She's comfortable with her inner world and her outer world,

Both,

And if our bonding to our mom isn't as good,

We're less comfortable with our inner world,

And so it takes some more care and concentration to get to know yourself from the inside out more.

So you are making progress,

Even that we can talk like this is a quantum leap,

Alicia,

It's real progress.

Okay.

You're going,

Show me the progress,

I can't see it,

But I can see it,

It's there,

I promise you,

I don't flatter,

Really,

It's there.

Yeah,

So how does your body feel right now?

Um,

Yeah,

It's,

It's like a steady energy flow inside,

It's like,

Yeah.

Is there any heat or cold or numbness or tingles or,

Not that there should be?

Well,

Maybe it's like a bit of pressure on the ears,

On the left ear,

And on the stomach area,

And maybe some warmth on the heart area,

Something,

Yeah.

Warmth in the heart,

So heart's opening.

Okay,

The pressure is,

Do you remember what pressure is?

The soul trying to come in?

Yes,

Good,

A student,

That's it,

Soul wants to come in.

So just think to yourself,

Okay,

I'll let you in.

You know,

It'll happen over the next few days.

Um,

You're ready to address this now,

I can feel it.

You're more open to addressing this.

Yeah,

It's good,

Because I was thinking to myself that if you didn't address it,

You're just going to get increasingly judgmental.

That was what I thought the last time I was in Germany.

I thought,

Lisa's got to look inside,

Otherwise she's going to get increasingly judgmental.

So I'm glad that you're,

That you're bothered by the judgments.

Right,

Even though,

You know,

It's kind of human as well,

If you're paying taxes,

People are,

But still,

They wouldn't bother you unless,

You see,

I think you need some more space and time for yourself,

And you don't know how to take it.

You don't know how to give it to yourself.

And I think once you learn how to give it to yourself,

You're just going to be happier.

Okay.

Right,

Good.

Good.

You took that in beautifully.

How's your dad doing,

By the way?

Uh,

Well,

Yeah,

Okay,

My dad had,

Or has,

Like,

A cancer,

And they did a biopsy,

But don't have the results of it yet.

Oh,

Okay.

Yeah,

Okay.

Both of you are receiving the prayers well,

Both of you,

I can feel it,

Yeah.

But,

You know,

It just depends what your dad's signed up for at this time,

Right,

How it goes.

Yeah,

Because Alicia has to make better friends with herself.

I think we should leave it,

Just sit with that for a bit.

We can,

I'll email you.

Yeah,

Yeah.

But I'm glad you're speaking,

And I'm glad you spoke this way.

It's very good.

And you'll figure it out.

I've watched you step forward.

In the years I've known you,

You keep stepping forward,

So I'm not worried about you at all.

You will.

This will,

This is the next area of study.

Yeah,

That's good.

You guys are so precious,

Just really precious,

And very dear.

Well,

Before I close,

I want to talk to you again about the grace coming to you,

And remember also for Michael and Saskia that when you start the journey,

There will be a big challenge that comes up within the first four years or so.

It just is,

It just does.

Yeah,

And it's the integration,

And it's the journey,

Yeah,

It's got to be challenging,

And it,

You know,

Sometimes our worst nightmare constellates,

And it,

But it's a clearing of these vasanas,

And patterns,

And fears,

And like I say,

I'm,

I think you guys are just going to turn into a couple of lions,

And I think your withholds are going to dissolve,

And you'll end up turning into a couple of lions,

So just keep going,

Okay?

Yeah,

And lots of empathy for all of you for what it's like on the journey.

Oh my goodness,

But you know,

It's sort of terrible without the journey too,

So what do you do,

You know?

Yeah,

Okay,

Well blessings,

And remember so much love comes to you,

And you know,

Yeah,

I feel Amma's grace behind us,

So yeah,

Blessings,

Okay,

Bye,

Loveies,

Bye.
