Do you struggle with fear? Do you have negative, repetitive thoughts? In this brief meditation, source your breathing to ground deeply into yourself and Earth, so that you feel supported, thus safe to embrace fear. And as a result, discover more about why it's here. Sit comfortably.

Rest your hands on your legs with your palms facing down.

Sit up nice and tall,

Then softly close your eyes.

Welcome several slow,

Deep,

Full breaths.

Let the breath enter and exit through your nose.

Mouth closed,

Lower jaw loose.

Feel the gravity of your seat and your connection to earth.

This wonderful sense of grounding ensures powerful openings in mind,

Body,

And heart.

Take a few moments to observe where in your physical body do you feel resistance or tension.

Bring one hand to tenderly rest there.

Send the most pristine current of your breath into that whole space,

Fully allowing all of what's here to be here.

Let your breath serve as a healing balm where you are becoming more neutral through creating distance between you and this resistance.

Sense a safety emerging from deep within where you can now investigate this fear without becoming it.

To inwardly inquire,

What is the story I'm telling myself that is causal to this feeling?

And is this narrative truth or story?

Allow,

Witness,

Letting this resistance pass as it's ready.

Linger here for as long as you feel,

Sensing release in process.

Listen for all insights,

Receiving wisdom as it's ready to be delivered.

What's changed both in you and around you?

Do you feel more space?

Are you softer,

Calmer,

And more at ease with all?

Offer thanks to yourself for being this grace,

And as you feel ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Thank you so much for practicing,

And namaste.
