Lie down on your back and spread your arms and legs out a little further than you ordinarily would.

Turn the palms of your hands to face up.

Softly close your eyes.

Allow a gentle gravitational descent downwards where your entire back body imprints into the mattress or the floor beneath you.

Through this gentle release,

Notice already how you are beginning to settle into this one beautiful moment and smile.

Become keenly aware of the position of your body in space.

Welcome several slow,

Soft breaths here.

Breathe in gently through your nose and gently out through your nose.

Keep your mouth softly closed and release your lower jaw.

Let all of the muscles of your face soften and soften through your eyes.

Let your breathing support you in becoming more and more still.

Bring your attention to the palms of your hands.

Feel the heaviness of your hands.

Witness all sensations you are experiencing through your hands and smile.

Repeat this process with your feet.

Feel the blood coursing throughout the soles of your feet.

Feel the warmth of your feet.

Witness any and all sensations in your feet.

Smile as you fully feel your feet.

Now glide your awareness up to the region of your upper back.

Notice right away how your upper back softens.

Feel the width across the entire space of your upper back.

Include all vivid vibrations and sensations you are experiencing throughout your upper back and smile.

Now drift your attention down to the region of your lower spine.

Witness all sensations in your lower spine.

As you experience all sensations of your lower spine,

Notice a spaciousness that's felt both here and everywhere and smile.

Witness the sensations of your breath.

As you observe this next breath,

Notice how its pace immediately begins to slow.

Notice with each breath you take if your breath is deepening.

Drifting further and further into your now.

Smiling.

Now highlight the space of your abdomen.

As you inhale,

Let your belly expand.

As you exhale,

Let your belly release and relax.

Allow a few longer inhalations and exhalations.

Slow,

Deep breathing.

Both lungs fully filling and fully expanding.

With each inhale,

Your breath replenishes and heals every physical cell of you.

With each exhale,

Your body releases even more.

Each inhalation nourishing.

Each exhalation soothing.

Now as you inhale,

Feel your breath as it ascends from the soles of your feet all the way up to the crown of your head.

As you exhale,

Feel your breath as it descends from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet.

Repeat this three times,

Fully enjoying each one of these next few breaths.

And all the while,

Remain softly attentive to all sensations of you.

Now quietly inhale through your right lung.

Quietly exhale through your right lung.

Quietly inhale through your left lung.

Quietly exhale through your left lung.

Silently inhale.

Silently exhale.

Sense how the energy of you is beautifully cascading throughout your entire form,

Where you are now allowing your body to breathe at the pace that it wishes to hear.

Smiling,

Feeling deeply connected to the deeper realms of your existence.

We are embracing our experience in its entirety and allowing all to be here.

It is through this witnessing that we give ourselves permission to let go.

This supports our mind in its release.

All thoughts and emotions are welcome in the light of love because we also know that tranquility is here,

As is compassion and forgiveness.

Trust is here as well.

Through this remembrance,

We can allow ourselves to soften even more.

And what is concerning us,

We can now offer to something bigger than ourselves to hold and to handle,

Knowing there's a bigger plan in place.

Here we allow the divine to take over as our greatest prayer.

Sense a deep,

Deep quiet to remember how so very supported and held we are.

Body serene,

Mind is spacious,

Still calm.

One more time,

Casually scan the whole of your body and feel relaxedness.

Feeling so held,

Feeling so loved,

Feeling blessed.

As you fall into a deep,

Deep slumber,

May you continue to heal.

Many,

Many blessings and namaste.
