This ENERGY CLEANSE meditation is a moving meditation that will help you to clear and refresh your energy to its natural state of vibrance, clarity, openness, and flow. It’s perfect to do first thing in the morning, or in the afternoon when you need to refresh and vitalize your energy.

Hello and welcome to the field of purely being.

This energy cleanse meditation is a moving meditation.

So that means we'll be standing,

We'll be moving our bodies and sitting and it's going to help you to clear and refresh your energy to its natural state of vibrance,

Clarity,

Goodness and flow.

This is the perfect meditation to do first thing in the morning or in the afternoon when you need a little reset,

A little refresh to feel good and come back to yourself and your center.

Okay,

Let's begin.

Come to stand in a relaxed position with your feet about hip distance apart.

And with your eyes open or closed,

Feel your feet on the floor.

Let your shoulders relax down away from your ears.

Just let your hands rest at your sides,

Taking a moment to arrive fully here in your body.

Breathing in and letting go.

In and let go.

Noticing how your chest rises and falls on every inhalation and exhalation.

Once more,

Deep belly breath in,

Pausing at the top and let it all go.

Functioning even more,

Becoming even more present in your body here and now.

Coming to a place of complete stillness.

We'll be engaging many different energy clearing practices in this meditation.

As always,

Go with what feels good and safe to you.

If it makes you feel a little nervous or awkward,

That's okay.

Just notice those feelings with compassion and see if you can give it a try anyway,

Even if just in a small way.

As much as you can really let yourself relax and let go without any judgment of yourself,

Whatsoever,

Ultimately,

This kind of free-flowing,

Spacious attitude is the easiest and most effective way to let your energy flow and as a result,

Allow it to become clear.

So no matter what,

Promise me that you'll be compassionate and gentle with yourself.

We're going to start off with some shaking.

So begin to shake your body in a way that feels good to you.

Bringing movement and jiggling into every part of your body.

Setting the chi free to flow and be lively.

Using your hands,

Your arms,

Your shoulders,

Shaking out each of your legs,

Your face,

Your head,

Getting the whole body moving.

Give yourself permission to be unrestrained and free with your movements.

Allow yourself to be big and loud and too much in your expression.

Keep shaking,

Maybe stomping or fluttering your lips.

You can release an ugly sigh.

Just get everything moving within you.

It might even feel good to fold forward over your legs,

Shaking out your head,

Letting all your old thoughts and ideas fall away into the earth.

Perhaps swaying your torso from side to side.

And when you're ready,

Rise up.

Release any more movements you feel called to express.

And then return to a place of stillness.

Deep breath in.

Full exhale out.

Relax.

And notice how you feel now.

For our second exercise,

Use both of your hands to sweep your body from top to bottom.

Almost like you're dusting yourself off.

So making direct contact with your body and sweeping away any old energy away from and off the body.

Beginning with your head,

Your face,

Your scalp.

Moving down through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Sloughing off and sweeping away any old energy.

Getting your chest,

Your belly away from the body.

Going down each arm.

Getting your upper back and lower back as best as you can.

Moving down through your hips and your pelvis.

Sweeping and dusting the energy off your upper legs,

Your lower legs,

And finally your feet.

Once you're complete dusting off your hands together like you've just finished a job well done and come to rest in a place of stillness.

Take a deep breath in and a big sigh out.

For the rest of our meditation,

You can choose to remain standing as you are or have a seat somewhere comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Relaxing all the muscles of your body.

We're going to tone the sound OM to bring all the cells of your body into harmonic alignment.

If you're familiar with toning and there's another sound or vowel that feels a little more resonant today,

I encourage you to move with that.

We'll chant together three times.

Big inhale.

OM Inhale.

OM Once more,

Inhale.

OM Resting in silence.

Give yourself permission to make any other sounds your body wants to make.

Different consonants or vowels,

Perhaps some light language.

Then just rest in the stillness,

Noticing how your body feels now.

Relaxing your mind.

Surrendering all judgment,

All thought.

Acknowledging internally or out loud.

My energy is clear and vital.

And then just come to place both hands on your heart and take a moment to feel gratitude for yourself,

For your incredible body,

For your willingness to show up today and take care of you,

To love up on yourself,

Clear your energy.

Just honoring that.

Then coming to rest once more in the stillness.

Take a deep,

Full belly breath in,

Pausing at the top and let it go.

Know that you can use any of these tools,

The shaking,

The sweeping,

The toning and the stillness on their own or in combination throughout your day to keep your energy fresh,

Bright,

Clear and flowing.

And the more you choose to soften and allow life to flow through you in each moment,

The better you'll feel all the time and the less clearing you'll need to do.

When you're ready,

You can open up your eyes,

Arriving in your space fully clear and brand new.

I encourage you to drink a big glass of water and take things really slow,

Being super intentional with how you move and show up in these next few moments,

Letting them set the tone for what's next for you,

Acknowledging that this is a fresh start and a chance for you to be new and present and purposeful in your now.
