This meditation is a journey inward.
A pathway from pain to presence.
From resistance to trust.
And from separation to oneness.
You are invited to be here exactly as you are.
Let yourself settle now.
Find a comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down.
Allow your eyes to close gently.
Feel the support beneath you.
Let yourself be held by the ground,
By your breath and by this moment.
Feel the breath moving through you,
In and out.
Now let's take some grounding breaths to bring your attention deeper into the moment.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up the lungs and then exhaling out through the mouth.
You may wish to sigh as you exhale.
And we'll do this for two more rounds.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling,
Letting the body soften.
And a final round.
Breathing in and exhale as you release what you were doing before and what will come after.
Let all parts return to you with a loving embrace.
For this practice we will move slowly through a sequence of inner reflections.
Simple invitations to support awareness and healing.
You don't need to find answers.
Just listen.
Experience and feel whatever arises.
Let's begin the journey from pain to awareness.
Allow yourself to feel whatever pain physical,
Emotional,
Energetic is present.
Not to fix it.
Just to bring it into the light of your awareness.
Notice the sensations of the pain without the attached story.
What do you notice when you simply allow pain to be seen and felt without judgement?
Take some time here to notice the ever-changing sensations.
And now we shift from awareness to surrender.
What if there's nothing you need to change in this moment?
What would it feel like to soften into what is even if it's uncomfortable?
Let your breath be your anchor as you gently release resistance to surrender.
Notice where you might be holding on in the body.
Notice if just a little can surrender.
Surrender doesn't mean giving up.
It means letting go of the fight.
Even if just a little part has surrendered,
Notice what this feels like and allow it to expand in the body.
Let yourself rest in the space of surrender for a moment.
Now we move from this space of surrender to acceptance.
Can you say to this moment Yes,
I accept what is here.
You don't need to solve this or intellectualize this or know what you need to accept.
If anything comes to mind,
Just be aware of it,
Acknowledge it and then come back to what you're feeling in the body.
Can you notice the spaciousness that comes with acceptance?
Or do you notice some resistance that perhaps some deeper surrender is needed?

Let yourself rest in the spaciousness of acceptance.
We now move from acceptance to trust.
Trust that life is unfolding with a deeper rhythm.
That even in the unknown something within you knows how to keep going.
What does trust feel like in your body?
What does it feel like to expand this trust through your body?
Let yourself be in this expansion of trust.
But also let yourself be with any resistance arising with curiosity.
We now journey from trust to knowing.
This is not to be contemplated in your mind.
The knowing is beyond your thoughts and stories.
There is a quiet place inside you that simply knows.
It just is.
Let yourself rest in that quiet knowing now.
Now we move from knowing to being.
No more trying.
No more reaching.
Simply be.
Feel the breath.
Feel the body.
Feel the aliveness of this moment.
Let yourself be here without needing to become anything else.
We now shift from being to oneness.
Feel yourself as part of something larger.
Not separate.
Not alone.
The same breath that moves through you moves through all things.
You are the earth.
The sky.
The wave.
The fire.
Notice what it feels like throughout the body to let yourself expand and dissolve into this spacious sacred oneness.
This journey is guided by the loving rhythmic flow of the universe's heartbeat and forever repeats.

Just notice.
From pain to awareness.
From awareness to surrender.
