Welcome to this guided meditation,

Fire of Release,

A meditation for calm and renewal,

With me,

Ray Caroline Cowanham from Radiant Angel Energy.

As always,

Please make sure you are going to be somewhere you won't be disturbed.

All mobile devices are switched off and you have the most perfect opportunity to sit or lie down,

Not doing anything,

Just taking the time to listen and follow this guided meditation.

Make yourself nice and comfortable,

Just relax and close your eyes,

And as you do so,

Take a deep breath in,

And on the out breath,

Just release everything that doesn't need to be in this space.

Take another deep breath in,

And on the out breath,

Just release what doesn't need to be here.

And allow your breathing to fall into its natural rhythm,

Every in breath relaxing you more and more,

And every out breath just releasing what doesn't need to be here.

And as your breathing falls into its natural rhythm,

Just think about relaxing your body.

Think about relaxing your whole body,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

All the way down your arms to your fingertips.

And when you think about relaxing,

So you will relax,

Give yourself permission and allow yourself to relax.

Just seefully imagine or know a beautiful golden light around you,

A beautiful golden light of peace and relaxation.

And just allow this beautiful golden light to move into your aura,

That energy around you.

And now just allow that beautiful golden and relaxing energy to move into your physical body,

Filling your whole body with that beautiful golden and relaxing light.

And you feel so wonderful and relaxed.

Now take your awareness to the top of your head,

And just see,

Feel,

Imagine or know the top of your head starting to relax.

Allow your head to start to relax.

And as you do so,

Just feel that relaxation move down into your forehead,

Down into your temples,

Down into your eyes,

Down into your ears.

That relaxation moving down your nose,

Into your cheeks,

Your mouth,

Your jaw,

Just feeling so relaxed.

And allow this relaxation to now move down into your ears,

And allow this relaxation to now move down into your neck,

Relaxing all your neck muscles,

Moving all the way down into your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders start to relax.

It's as if they're being bathed in beautiful warm sunshine.

The warmth just massaging your shoulders.

It's so relaxing.

This relaxation now moves down your arms,

All the way down your arms to your hands and your fingers.

And just allow this relaxation to move into your upper body.

As you feel your chest muscles start to relax,

All your stomach muscles relax.

The whole of your back start to relax.

And you feel your spine relaxing vertebrae by vertebrae by vertebrae.

As this relaxation now moves down into your heart,

Vertebrae by vertebrae by vertebrae.

As this relaxation now moves down into your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your buttocks sinking you deeper down where you are sitting or lying.

As you allow this relaxation to move down your legs,

All the way down your legs to your feet and your toes,

And your whole body is just so relaxed.

And I would now like you to engage your imagination and imagine a beautiful staircase with 10 wide,

Safe,

Comfortable steps leading down to a beautiful room with a fireplace.

And in a moment,

You're going to walk down these steps from 10 to 1.

Each descending number relaxing you more and more.

So ready now,

Let's start walking down the stairs 10,

Going deeper down the stairs 9,

Deeper down the stairs 8,

Deeper down the stairs 7,

More and more relaxed.

Deeper down the stairs 7,

More and more relaxed.

Deeper down the stairs 6,

Going deeper down the stairs 5,

Deeper down the stairs 4,

So relaxed.

Deeper down the stairs 3,

Deeper down the stairs 2,

All the way down the stairs 1,

And you take a step off that bottom step.

And you find yourself in a beautiful,

Comfortable room.

And now just use your imagination.

See,

Feel,

Imagine,

Or know a beautiful,

Comfortable room.

And in this room,

There is a beautiful fireplace with a crackling fire.

And in front of it,

There might be a beautiful soft chair or a rug or a big cushion.

There are beautiful colored walls.

Just get a sense of this room.

You can create it in any way you wish.

Bring in any furnishings that make it comfortable for you,

That make it relaxing.

The most perfect place for you to sit and relax.

Now you take yourself over and you sit in the chair or on the rug or the cushion by the fireplace.

And this beautiful feeling of calm just washes over you as you stare into the fire.

The beautiful orange,

Red,

Gold,

Yellow flames with a hint of blue.

And you feel a beautiful warmth.

It's not too warm.

It's just right for you.

And as you stare at these flames,

Just think about what has been causing you stress or anxiety,

Or anything that has made you feel icky or down.

Any pressures,

Anything that makes you feel stressed or agitated or just out of sorts.

And as you think about these things,

Just let them drift into the fireplace.

And if you can't see them,

Speak them into the fireplace.

Or maybe there's a notepad by you that you can write down what these things are.

And you will throw that into the fireplace.

And I'll give you a moment or two just to release in whichever way you want to.

Just to release in whichever way you want all those stresses,

Those worries.

Just throw them,

Let them go into the fire and be burnt away.

And as you release each thing into the fire,

You feel a little bit lighter,

As if a weight is being taken off you.

And you find that you're relaxing more and more as you release.

And it feels so empowering,

Just releasing all those thoughts,

Those feelings,

Those stresses,

Those worries into the fire to be burnt away.

Release all of these things into the fire.

As the final ones are released and burnt away,

You feel so much lighter now,

So much more relaxed.

And positive.

And now as you watch the fire,

It may take on different pictures,

Different images of positive things that you have in your life that you may not even realize that are there.

Things that you've been grateful for that you may not even realize.

Things you're compassionate about that you may not realize.

Things that make you feel good.

Just allow the flames to create those pictures.

Just allow all of those beautiful things to flow into your energy.

Replacing all the things that you have released.

Filling you up with a beautiful positive energy.

Just breathe.

Allow the warmth into your body.

In a moment,

It's going to be time for you to leave this space.

And when you do,

You'll be bringing back all that positive energy.

And you'll be letting go of all of those negative thoughts that you may not even realize that are there.

All that positive energy.

And you'll be feeling so relaxed.

And you know that you can come back to this fire anytime you wish.

Back to this room.

You feel so calm and relaxed.

So positive.

And now you stand up from where you've been sitting.

And you make your way back to the bottom of the stairs.

And in a moment,

I'm going to count from one to ten.

And each step you take,

Each ascending number,

Will bring you back to the bottom of the stairs.

Back to the present.

To the here and now.

So let's start walking up the stairs now.

One.

Coming further up the stairs.

Two.

Further up the stairs.

Three.

Feeling beautifully relaxed.

Further up the stairs.

Four.

Further up the stairs.

Five.

Further up the stairs.

Six.

Feeling so much more positive.

Further up the stairs.

Seven.

Further up the stairs.

Eight.

Knowing that you are going to have a wonderful night's sleep or a calm and relaxed day.

Further up the stairs.

Nine.

All the way up the stairs.

Ten.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Move your body.

Make sure you are fully back.

Open your eyes.

And if you've got some water with you,

Make sure you have a drink now.

And welcome back.
