
How To Have Freedom On The Inside & Outside

I ran this session at the end of April 2022 to show you that freedom is an inside job, but equally, we can use the wisdom and powers from within to create freedom on the outside. A lot of teachers are not talking about these topics, so I ran this session to show you how to bring the inner and outer world together. It is not seperate, it's one big game of mastery. Whatever is coming up,
You don't need to worry about.
You may have been thinking during the day.
Bringing your awareness and feel breath.
You may notice belly rising and falling.
And then do flight,
All on your own,
Without you having to do anything.

Freedom you want to create in your life.
In that freedom.

I think I heard another word for nothing left.
Anyone who's not said anything yet.
And I think you guys had this as well,
But being in school and then all the some like kids will answer the question.
And then some kids will find that that was me.
They find that I'll stay hidden.
Like,
I don't want to be seen.
Don't ask me anything,
Please.
And the kids would say,
Anyone who hasn't answered yet and she'll be looking straight at me and the other quiet people.
And it would be like,
It's safe.
Like,
Oh,
Anyone who hasn't answered.
Really be sounded like to me or someone else.

Whenever I say things like this,
I'm going to invite you be interactive,
But you don't want to be.
That's okay.

That's all I used to do in school.

The mind that's the ruler is a popular phrase.
The mind makes for a great servant.
But you're not taking one off.
When our psychological mind,
These unmet needs,
This concept of something ruling us,
Like where it sleeps.
We're being run by this,
This,
This,
Something that happens to us when we're younger.
I say this a lot.
The adult tension theory.
They've lost control.
They've had an adult tension,
Getting angry about something,
Getting upset,
Getting offended very quickly.
Something fires up and you're not at control.
The younger part of us is coming through.
Oh my God.
Something happens in the moment,
We just lose it,
Right?
I'm not here to look down on it.
I get it.
I definitely get it.
So,
Even when we are not being owned by the mind,
And we have the freedom to do whatever we want to do.
Do whatever we want to do.
What are we really wanting?
We're calling it.
I still don't have a point which says no,
No,
No,
No,
No,
I can't do that.
Because of this,
There's so many reasons,
Legal reasons we give.
Part of us are more,
Say like saints,
Right?
It's okay.
We need that part of survival instinct.
We need it.
This was a gift you gave to me?
Yeah,
Thank you survival instinct.
Really,
I need you.
Living in that way,
When it's conflicting what we want to do in there,
It's not using our mind as the great tool that they are.
It's the mind being used again.
So,
Freedom for me is doing what you really want to do,
Being who you really are.
And that's based on the inside.
You know this whole thing about confidence comes up a lot.
People say they want confidence.
They have challenges with confidence.
I use the term,
Can anyone relate to that challenge of confidence?

I'm thinking,
Can you relate to that?

For sure.
I used to say to myself,
I have so much interest.
I have these ideas in my head that I can never implement.
These ideas of like,
Thinking of things to do.
Like,
I can't do anything to people.
I have all this fear,
Worry.
And yeah,
Imposter syndrome.
Interesting,
Yeah,
That's a great one.
Exactly.
It's these stories that get created.
That's why being imposter syndrome is great.
I don't think there's something to get away from it.
I think it's a sign that we're getting out of the comfort zone.
It's a really good sign.
It's a sign that you're doing something different.
Some people will say,
How do I get rid of this imposter syndrome?
I don't know.
Some people will say,
I'm really happy for you.
Because if you were not being imposter syndrome,
What would you feel?
Comfort?
Safe,
Warm,
Fuzzy feeling of mediocre?
What do you want?
You don't want that.
What do you want then?
You feel like an imposter then,
Right?
Of course it depends on your situation.
So anything I say,
Take it with a pinch of salt.
I'm not saying blanket rules for everyone and every situation.
I'm just saying what it means,
What my experiences have been.
From what I'm saying,
And take which part I use.
So when it comes to freedom,
One of the things is you have space inside.
Be who you really are.
The other part is taking it.
Taking something that scares you.
That's in your mind.
For example,
If you have fears around.

Let me make this real actually.
Me,
When I wanted to travel the first time.
Have fears of all people traveling alone.
Weird thing to do is,
Right?
This is the inner dialogue in my head.
Let me just play it like this.
This is a weird thing to do.
People say,
Why are you going alone?
You don't have any friends,
Why?
You're weird.
You should be going with these people.
What would they say?
You need only one.
You're going to be alone forever.
And it just builds and builds,
Stories upon stories.
And right now,
I'm working nomadically.
I'm working online in the Canary Islands.
It's a big step for me.
I've done it for a long time again.
And I plan to do it in this month,
So I made that happen.
But never the least.
It is in these thoughts,
These worries,
These fears and all of this stuff that comes up.
But to me,
It's doing things despite feeling scared.
Doing things despite hearing the inner dialogue.
Going forth with your dreams.
Making them happen.
No matter what the thinking is,
The thinking is trying to analyze something that really exists.
Thinking is trying to use data from the past to analyze the future.
So we can't really do that very well.
Because so many things can happen,
Right?
If I did not want to have a kid,
And they tried to analyze out what would it be like as a kid,
What would it be like as a mother,
Father,
It would be worse.
I don't like that.
I hate it.
Not that I thought through this.
I've seen a lot of,
Um,
Nothing to me.
Usually,
I'll never think like any life when it happens,
When I was in it.
There are some things that might be taught to be careful.
The thinking just makes it seem like we can have some sorrow.
The system is related to that inner quiet.
Some people call it intuition,
Guidance,
God,
Energy,
Universe.
Really quiet.
It's smooth,
Flowing,
Warm.
And that thing knows something.
It knows something much more than analyzing them.
That's when you get free,
When you can listen to it.
And when you can listen to the fear.
I'm not going to let anyone get rid of that.
We can't.
We can't.
There's been so many times I've been talking to people and they've said,
Raj,
How do I destroy this part of myself?
How do I destroy this?
Someone actually said to me once,
Raj,
I need you to help me kill it.
And I said,
I don't want to do that to you because you need your mind.
You need to be able to have survival responses,
Danger.
You need to be able to have that,
But you just need to be able to use it better.
I don't want to use a hammer to hit everything.
I'll bring some stuff if I start using a hammer for everything.
So now that I've done this,
Let me use the hammer.
My only advice would be a victim to our own tools.
My other freedom is,
For example,
I'm here in the Canary Islands.
I had this idea and then I just did it,
Even though I felt uncomfortable.
Even though I wasn't sure.
And you have to focus.
I've had these like,
Concerns,
Let's say,
Or questions.
You know,
Knowing that survival response.
I'm not sure what's really in there and it's always guiding me.
Other freedom could be you're making a business.
Other freedom could be you're having the career that you want.
You could be having the schedule,
Having the time that you want.
Being the creator of your life.
I'm going to spend two days or three days working.
Before this,
I was working non-stop,
Every hour,
Every day,
From morning till evening.
I want to have some more freedom.
Let me design my life.
I built up to it.
It wouldn't just take one day,
Let me just fly and disappear.
I built up to this for months.
If they say I want to be able to work three days and then four days I can do whatever I want.
I'll still be on my phone,
Maybe I'll still talk to my clients.
That's fine,
I'm there to serve them.
But I'm not going to be non-stop because I want to have more time to explore,
To respond.
I've created my freedom.
I'm not telling you this,
Telling you that me ought to show off what makes myself look good.
Just to show you what's possible.
It might not be easy,
But you can work towards whatever you want.
You don't like your job,
Let's free some of your energy now.
Let's see,
How can you find a different job to serve you?
Well,
You can go into the actual talent.
Maybe your energy,
Maybe the overthinking,
That's something that you need freedom in.
Maybe there's a relationship you're in where you feel connected.
Well,
Maybe we need to free your expression,
Your voice,
So you can keep breathing.
Maybe there's some things you want to say to people that you haven't said yet.
We need to liberate and free their energy,
Let that out.
Freedom is basically what I represent,
Sometimes I don't use that word,
Sometimes I use liberation.
Whatever.
I'm using that.
That's what it means.
I want you to explore,
In this moment,
I want you to explore,
For a few minutes,
What freedom do you want right now?
What's the freedom you want to create?
Put it in the chat.
I want to hear at least a few.
I use this phrase,

Do you really want this thing?
I'm sure there's some part of you that you want to create freedom in,
Right?
I do too,
I'm not a finished product,
I'm still working on things.

Your words are powerful,
Your words are magical.
They can be cast as soon as you put words down.
As soon as you really feel into that.
Your mind will want to create,
Once you get a taste of it.
Like,
It's going to be so cool,
It's not going to have to be.
It's not about working out the how,
It's about what is it you want first.

Whether that's career,
Relationship,
Financial freedom.
Whether that is health,
Pain in your body.
Whether that is energy,
Tension.
What is it?

Do you want to be free in location?
Do you want to be free from that very thing?

Filling yourself and ready to retire with no commitment.

That's awesome.

This is,
The way I live is minimalistic.
The more things I do,
The more it's like,
For me it just feels like,
Carrying around a package.
Usually I get like a hand luggage only,
Ten kilos worth of stuff.
And I say I'm carrying that around,
It's like one bag.
And I say,
I want it to play,
I want it to step up.
Tell it to myself and be even more free.
So I can really feel you on this one.
Freedom from financial burden and stress.
Yeah,
That's a big one.
Yeah,
Both of those.
Tell me more about that.
What creates the burdens and the stress for you?
If you want to share it with us.
Of course,
If you don't,
That's fine.
Even if it heals,
What do you want to heal?

And basically I'm asking you to tell me more,
Just so I can serve you better.

I think there's only one insight.
And then you're on your way,

You know this whole thing,
Like here's what comes up to me as I read that.
I think it matches things in the past year or so.
Where,
I'm on the top floor with the word ego now.
There's a lot of people that say to me,
Raj,
Like this ego,
You know,
There's the book,
The Power of Now.
And it made the ego thing,
I think,
Even more.
And I used to think the same.
I was like,
I hate this ego thing,
Like it's challenging me all the time.
Now I've realized through my journey,
What occurred to me was,
I'm like,
Ego,
There's something about it that helps me.
But if I'm looking for freedom from it,
It's like trying to push away a part of myself.
I think realization that,
Why am I going to push something away?
What am I really trying to do here?
What's more useful,
For me it was anyway,
And how I like to serve my clients,
Is,
Bring it closer.
Bring it here,
Bring it home.
I don't really like it.
I just don't fully agree with this.
All of the books are saying about this,
It's a parasite.
You know,
It's a demon.
And I get that.
I 100% get it,
Because it can be like that,
For sure.
I was there.
I hated this part of me.
It ruined a lot of things.
But the more I try to show the way,
The more it doesn't help.
So I think really what has to happen is,
We have to bring it closer.
We have to really become one with it.
The more we try to get rid of ego,
Well,
I don't think it will.
It's like what I think is better,
Is for it to be integrated into us.
Let's see.
It's hanging on the door.
You can just put as many borders up as you like.
Hey,
You're not getting in,
Ego.
You're not getting in.
You're not going to do this to me.
It's a little bit scary.
You're just running away from something.
That's you.
You too.
You're not going to run away from anything.
I don't want to turn around and say,
Hey,
Nice to meet you.
Let's talk.
Let's talk.
I don't want to fight.
The war ends.
That's what I want to say.
I know there's loads of people about this being the enemy.
This is my job.
What else?
Financial balance.
Working a job that's not paying well.
You're searching for a better job.

Yeah,
So the good thing is you're searching for a better job.
You're looking for the solution.
It's very easy to fall into a victim mode of godlike.
What it sounds like is you're not stuck as you're making a rhythmic motion.
Yeah,
I can imagine it would be very challenging.
You're not quite there yet.
But what I'd say is moving forward.
It's being in your mood and you will get,
Even if you're going to get what your right path will be.
What else?
Being kind and compassionate to oneself is liberating.
Yes,
It is.
It is.
It really is.

Being kind to yourself is way better than trying to fight or judge.

This is all a part of us.

We're used to being mean to ourselves.
I don't think we get forced to have to look for ourselves.
We have parents who bring us up.
These days they're doing it.
But I still think it's something every person has to learn for themselves.
How to nurture yourself.
How to learn the positive self-thought.
It's just really knowing that everything is actually okay.
You are okay.
Something to be used.
I'm going to say it again for a moment.
Something to be used.
And that's,
Like,
I don't think I would have believed that for a very long time.
I'm going to say,
No,

It's not okay.
I've got something wrong with me.
I've got a condition.
I have a condition that creates anxiety in my mind.
And my body goes into fight or flight.
My nervous system does this to me.
This body is doing this thing to me.
This mind is doing this thing to me.
I have this stuff that happens to me.
The victim mind doesn't make sense.
It cannot make sense.
Because it's all yours.
All yours.
You own it.
You know what?
I'm feeling that,
If I'm honest.
If something sparks in you as you hear this,
Or you might disagree,
Or you might not feel comfortable with what I'm saying.
I'm just going to show you what I wish I could have shown myself.
Yes.
Yes,
The body gets sparked into fight or flight.
Yes,
The mind thinks a lot.
Over thinks.
We're always in the centre.
We're always the ones who have the power.
It's not easy.
It's not like you click your fingers and everything disappears.
But you can take me out of me inside.
Where your body works in your favour,
Your mind works in your favour.
It's freezing.
It's easy to be who you are.
Here's an example.
I haven't eaten eggs for a while.
And I get here and I eat some eggs.
Because I was like,
I'm frying a lot of eggs.
And I noticed my body doesn't like it.
The eggs are seized.
It's almost like we're in trouble.
So I'm really hungry.
That's all they had.
I was like,
Let me eat this.
The body really didn't like it.
The body started telling me it didn't like it.
Then it's on me.
It's not a big deal.
It didn't kill me.
But I just had this awareness.
I feel sluggish.
I feel tired.
I feel like something feels very different.
Usually I have fruit in the morning.
It's a really nice way for me to start my morning.
I feel energised.
I feel this time I felt the difference from having fruit each morning to having eggs and bread.
But it's not about me.
I'm not using the tools.
You use the tools properly,
They give you what you need.
And this isn't a sleeping statement that nobody used to eat.
It's just me and how my body works with that thing which I figured out for myself.
Not like eggs are bad.
It's me.
My own.
It's like how your body works with your mind,
With the inner guidance inside,
With what you want to create in life.
Making it all work together.
And then you have the inner freedom.
And then you start taking it up.
And for the last freedom you are.
Perfect.

A tiny bit every day.

I have created freedom inside myself.
I am very disciplined.
I am also quite logical.
Spiritual and logical.
I like to know the science behind making things happen.
And the reason freedom is related.

It's easy for us to do that as humans.
