Evis and I welcome you to this meditation to rebalance energy with love while you sleep.
There are many times when we have trouble sleeping.
We feel that our mind is wandering but we have many thoughts that we cannot stop thinking about and we have a hard time concentrating or perhaps we have a problem or a concern that does not leave us alone or perhaps we have a lot of energy in our mind or in our head.
This is all normal and totally natural.
One way we can solve this is by taking all that energy to the rest of our body.
There are many ways to do this,
However,
Today I would like to practice with you a mindfulness practice to rebalance your energy with love while you sleep deeply.
I'm going to ask you to lie down in a place where no one will interrupt you,
Where you can be comfortably and where you can sleep soundly.
Place your body in a comfortable position for you,
Using a pillow,
Blanket or anything that helps you to sleep better.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Feel your body with your legs stretched out and your arms at your sides or in any other position that allows you to sleep better.
Feel the temperature of the room where you're at.
Notice what is in your mind and now we're going to free your body,
Your mind and the emotions of all that you have going on and I'm going to ask you to take a deep breath in,
Slowly and effortlessly.
That's it.
Hold the air for a few seconds and release the air.
That's it.
Now,
Take another deep breath in,
Gently.
Hold the air for a few seconds and release the air.
That's it.
Your body is preparing for a deep and healing rest.
Continue breathing comfortably and with each breath you take,
You're going to direct that air to each one of the parts of your body,
Relaxing your body with each breath even more and more.
Starting with your head,
Loosening your head and relaxing the muscles of your head,
Feeling what is touching your head at the moment.
Now,
We're going to free your head from all the stress of your day.
Let go of your head and let it relax even more.
Relax your neck muscles,
Relax your shoulders,
Feeling what is touching your shoulders.
We're going to release your shoulders from all the stress of your day.
Release your shoulders and let them relax even more.
Relax your right arm and feel what is touching your right arm.
Relax your left arm and feel what is touching your left arm.
We're going to release both of your arms from all the stress of the day.
Release your arms and let them relax even more.
Notice how your breath flows deeply,
Effortlessly.
Relax your right hand and feel what is touching your right hand.
Relax your left hand and feel what is touching your left hand.
Now,
We're going to free both of your hands from all the stress of the day.
Release your hands and let them relax even more,
Relaxing your back and feeling what is touching your back.
Now,
We're going to release your back from all the stress of the day.
Loosen your back and let it relax even more.
Now,
Feel your belly and chest.
Chest.
Relax your chest and your belly muscles,
Feeling what is touching your chest and what is touching your belly.
Now,
We're going to release your chest and your belly from all the stress of your day.
Let go of your chest and your belly and let them relax even more.
And as you inhale,
Feel your body expanding.
And as you exhale,
Feel your body contract,
Expanding and contracting.
Your body.
Can you feel your right leg now?
Your right leg is relaxing more and more.
And can you feel what is touching your right leg now?
Now,
Your left leg is relaxing more and more.
And you can feel what your left leg is touching.
That's it.
We're going to free both of your legs from all the stress of your day.
Release your legs and let them relax even more.
We're going to feel your feet and your toes.
You can feel your feet relax more and more.
And you can feel what they're touching.
You can also feel what your toes are touching.

We're going to free your feet from all the stress of the day.
Release your feet even more.
And you stay like this,
Feeling your body,
How your body is lying on this place,
Feeling what's touching your body,
Noticing which parts of your body are leaning more on the floor or on the bed.
You can feel the weight of your body being pulled by gravity towards the bed or the floor.
Your arms and legs can feel heavier and heavier.
And you can feel different parts of your body as they're relaxing and resting,
Becoming heavier and heavier.
It is as if gravity is pushing you more and more.
Your body stays resting comfortably as your mind relaxes more and more,
Releasing all control from now,
Letting time pass by in a special way,
Balancing your energy more and more with each breath,
Releasing physical tension stress and emotional tension with each breath.

Let's take a few moments to thank your body for everything it has done for you today.
Thank your body for everything you've been able to learn,
Touch,
Smell,
See,
Feel,
Any experiences you've had,
Anything you've tasted,
