Hello and welcome to day 12.

Thank you for sticking with this.

I'm so excited to hear about how this program is helping you.

So today we are going to focus on the idea of who am I?

Okay,

So we're going to let go of all labels except the idea of being consciousness looking out from a body.

Think about how many times a day you might say I am and then describe yourself in some way like I am anxious,

I am stressed,

I am annoyed,

I'm angry,

I'm tired.

If instead we drop all those and the only label that we're using,

Even though we're not probably announcing it,

Is I am consciousness looking out from this body.

I am consciousness looking out and nothing else.

Bring yourself back to that.

I am angry is just it's not who you are.

It's a temporary thing like a cloud in the sky.

It goes by.

It's over.

It doesn't need to be held on to and owned.

Okay,

So today,

Starting in for take a few minutes and just let the idea of being consciousness looking out from a body.

Let that become something that you can own for the day.

Okay,

In their place because once you once you adapt that as who you are in place of all of those negative emotions are what would consciousness be feeling today?

Just by observing the world observing what's right in front of you.

We're not talking about the news or those kinds of things.

We're talking about just what's here now you're watching your life as it unfolds.

Okay.

And what you'll find is the emotions that are left through our curiosity,

Playfulness,

A sense that everything is perfectly okay.

And yep,

You guessed it.

Peace.

So please try this today.

Sit with it for a few minutes now before you go about the rest of your day.

Come back to that idea as often as you can throughout your day.

Okay.

Oh,

And don't forget to write in your workbook.

Of course.

See you soon.
