Welcome to day 30.

You've been at this for a month.

Great job.

Okay,

Let's get into it.

So in today's lesson,

It's about letting go of fear or lack.

And that is a tough one for some people because they're so rooted into their belief that this is who they are,

That they just aren't that smart,

Or are they just have bad luck or whatever,

Not good enough in some way,

Not smart enough,

Not rich enough,

Not nice enough,

Not nice enough looking,

Not tall enough.

But like,

These are all just beliefs and fears.

And so if you say to yourself,

If I could stop identifying with this,

Then I would feel and there's something else that you come up with,

I would feel powerful,

Or I would feel comfortable,

Or I'd feel relaxed or positive or happy or whatever I would feel but you think about how you would feel.

I'm not telling you to put your happiness in the future.

I'm saying if I could stop identifying with this fear or lack,

Then there's something else for me.

Okay,

Something that remains.

Okay,

So we've dismissed that fear that lack,

That sense of not being enough.

If that blew it,

Then what is left?

It's this,

Well,

I would feel whole,

I would feel complete.

I would feel a sense that all is well.

This peace that expands.

Oh,

Yeah,

Talking about peace again,

Of course.

Okay,

But the more that I recognize that that is always there,

Underneath some kind of fake belief,

Fake belief can go away,

It can just fly away and that which is always there becomes front and center again.

So today,

And for the next few minutes first to start practicing this,

Think of any thing that feels like a limitation that you own,

Or sometimes own or something you beat yourself up about.

Okay,

Thank you know,

We all know what we're talking about when we say that.

Think of that,

And then think about it going away.

And what would be there instead.

Focus on that for a few minutes,

Really give it a few minutes of focusing your attention on how it would feel to not feel that thing.

Okay,

But how instead you would feel.

And imagine that feeling,

The good feeling,

The feeling that remains,

That if that limitation wasn't in the in the forefront,

Okay,

Imagine the limitation flying away,

Holding on instead to this good feeling,

Allow the wholeness to expand,

Sit in with it,

Okay,

Anchor it in.

Come back to it a few times during the day.

All right,

And I hope that you're also keeping up with some of the other practices that have really resonated with you because it's not just to do it for one day,

But you know,

Your self talk,

Being more positive or more open to receiving for instance,

That's a great one to do as a regular practice.

A lot of the things that we've already gone through,

It'd be a great idea to just do some reviewing.

Go through your workbook,

And pick out some of your favorites and reintegrate them into your day.

Okay.
