Welcome.

Let us relief ourselves from anxiety,

From fear,

And insecurity.

I invite you to settle into a comfortable position,

Somewhere you feel safe,

Wherever that is.

Close your eyes,

If that feels right,

And take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment,

And then exhale very slowly,

Slower.

Let's do this again.

Inhale through your nose.

Hold it.

And very slowly,

Very slowly release it.

And now I would like for you to follow me and speak or think after me.

Visualize a ten.

Nine.

Speak after me.

Eight.

Seven.

Picture a six.

Feel a five.

Look at a four.

Three.

Two.

One.

And look at a zero now.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And as you breathe,

Allow your awareness to settle on the present moment,

No matter what's been troubling you,

No matter what it was before this moment that made you feel unsafe.

Come back to the now.

And let's do this again.

Visualize a ten.

Look at a nine.

Feel an eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

See a four.

Visualize a three.

Two.

A beautiful one.

And zero.

And now feel your body held by your gravity,

Held by the Mother Earth,

The planet below you.

The Mother Earth,

The planet below you.

And take another utter deep breath in through your nose.

And remember,

You're safe here and now for this moment.

You're supported.

You're held.

And each breath you're taking in fills you with calm.

Each breath.

As you exhale,

Releases tension,

Thoughts,

Worries.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

Breathe in calm.

And exhale,

Relax.

Leave tension and worry behind.

Let it go.

Now gently shift your attention to your body.

Allow your breath to go natural,

Deep,

And calm.

Notice where you may feel tension or tightness in your body.

Start with your head.

Let your forehead soften.

Your jaw relax.

Your face relax.

Move down to your neck and now to your shoulders.

And allow them to release any weight that they're holding.

And feel the relaxation flow down your arms,

Through your chest,

Down to your belly.

You're letting go bit by bit,

Feeling lighter with every breath,

Calmer with every breath.

Let your breath be your anchor.

If any thought,

Any anxiety,

Any insecurity arises,

Imagine that your breaths are like waves in an ocean.

Rising and falling.

Coming in and out.

Washing.

Relaxing.

Here for a moment,

But then passing again.

Allow your breath to hold you,

To support you.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Simply observe and let your breath drift.

Let your thoughts drift with every in and exhale.

And now bring your focus to a place in your body where you feel secure.

Maybe this is your chest,

Where your heart is beating gently,

Consistently,

Steadily.

Never wavering.

Reminding of your strength.

Or perhaps it's your feet,

Firmly connected to the ground beneath you.

Steadily bringing you,

Step by step,

Wherever you're going every day.

Or maybe it's your hands,

Or maybe it's your shoulders.

Wherever you feel safe in your body,

I invite you to bring your awareness there.

Breathe into it.

Strengthen it.

Strengthen this part of your body.

And notice that you're not just breathing in and out.

How this sense of peace and security is slowly starting to expand from this place in your body.

Expanding more and more.

Warming up every part of your body that it touches.

As this sense of security and peace is slowly expanding.

Feel your breath washing in and out of you.

And as your body does its job every single day in the best way it can,

So does your breath.

And so it washes away any returning thoughts,

Any returning fear,

Or anxiety,

Insecurity.

Washing it away with every inhale,

Washing it away with every inhale.

And with every exhale,

You're growing that sense of peace and certainty in your body.

Bring your awareness yet again to another place in your body where you feel safe,

Where you feel steady.

And inhale into this part.

And exhale,

Let go of any excess tension you might find.

And inhale and observe how certainty,

Warmth,

Relaxation is spreading from this part of your body.

There's always a part in your system that is certain,

That is calm.

As there is sometimes uncertainty,

There's always certainty.

And with this in mind,

I invite you now to take another deep breath in.

Feel your breath calming down.

Feel your shoulders relaxing,

Your face relaxing,

Your thighs,

Your belly,

Your feet,

Your hands,

Your neck.

With every exhale,

You relax.

With every inhale,

You draw energy,

Certainty,

Stability,

Warmth,

More power,

Clarity.

Breathe it all in.

Fuel yourself.

Allow yourself to grow strong again.

Allow yourself to become powerful again.

Yes,

You can.

Deep inhale.

Exhale.

Allow the strength and the certainty to spread more and more throughout your entire body,

Entire being.

Everything is becoming more and more steady,

Certain,

In control,

Powerful,

Present,

Warm,

Powerful,

Loving.

And as you notice that your certainty and your strength is coming back,

You also notice that your trust is coming back.

Trust in yourself,

Trust in life,

That everything is conspiring to serve you.

Maybe you may not see it yet,

But you can rest assured,

And you know that,

That all of this is eventually turning and manifesting beauty for you and for whatever and whoever you hold dear.

Trust and appreciate yourself more and more for you showing up every second,

Every hour,

Every day of this life.

Thank you that you are drawing breath,

That you share this reality with me and with so many other beautiful souls.

Thank you for your energy,

For your uniqueness.

Thank you for all that you are bringing into this world.

Thank you for all your thoughts,

All that you did,

All that you feel,

Is needed,

The good and the bad,

All of it is needed.

Take another deep breath in,

And then direct one thought towards your heart,
