This is a gentle reflective mediation with some affirmations. It's about You. You being there for YOU when you need it. Humans have an amazing capacity to pull through. Sometimes we can forget this. With so much chaos happening in the world right now, it’s important for us to connect as a community, as well as receive guidance and support from one another. Then, WE are more able to be there for one another, especially those who are going through a tough time, as we all pull through TOGETHER.

This is a gentle reminder for you,

For all of us,

Acknowledging our inner strength as we pull through.

As we pull through.

Who's the one human being who can always be there for me,

No matter what?

Who's the one human being who can truly understand me,

Empathize with me,

Better than anyone else?

Who's the one person who knows exactly what it's like to be me,

And how difficult things can get?

I am.

And so it is.

There is an inner strength,

A life force,

An energy that is deep within us.

And despite the suffering that's going on in the world,

There's also this incredible capacity we have in overcoming it.

And as we do this,

As we pull through,

We inspire other people to do the same.

This inner strength is easy to forget,

Especially when times are tough.

And yet,

In this moment,

This act of non-doing,

Of simply being,

It's an act of self-care,

Helping us pull through for future moments in the times when we need it most.

It's okay to feel sad.

It's okay to feel scared.

It's okay to feel uncertain.

It's okay to feel grief.

It's okay to feel lonely.

It's okay to feel a mixture of feelings that don't even have the words to describe them.

These feelings are telling you that you care about something.

It's okay to not be okay.

As we pull through.

As we pull through.

Rest in this moment.

Know that this is an act of self-care.

Allow these words to flow and permeate through every cell of your body.

As we pull through,

I choose to be here for me.

I choose to be here now.

As we pull through,

I choose to make space for my thoughts and emotions during these tough times.

As we pull through,

I choose to remember who I am,

A spiritual being having a human experience.

As we pull through,

I choose to rest in the pure stillness of my magnificent heart and observe the flow of energies moving through me.

It is how I respond to what is unfolding within me that is the lesson and the blessing.

As we pull through,

I choose to recognize that when I am caught up in a struggle,

That this is normal.

Everyone struggles from time to time,

No matter who they are.

As we pull through,

I choose to remember my wholeness and true self.

As we pull through,

I choose to surrender to the unknown and embrace the uncertainty.

As we pull through,

I choose to navigate through the field of infinite possibilities with ease and grace.

As we pull through,

I choose to recognize when I go through a struggle and hold myself lightly.

As we pull through,

I choose to let myself off the hook when I slip up.

As we pull through,

I choose to accept myself just as I am because deep down,

I know that I deserve this.

As we pull through,

I choose to see the wisdom in forgiveness with myself.

As we pull through,

I choose to see that given my level of consciousness that I had at that time,

I was doing the best I could.

Deep down,

Come to know that in any periods of darkness,

We have the capacity to hold ourselves lightly.

We have the capacity to take one day at a time,

One moment at a time.

As we pull through,

We are entering a higher level of consciousness,

One that's easy to forget during the tough times.

This shift is becoming more and more incredible as time goes by.

I loved this inspiring set of affirmations and encouragement from two of my favorite teachers. A good practice to come back to when dealing with the darkness of frustration and despair.

Beautiful meditation, just helps you to remember it's OK to not feel OK all the time, but in itself grounds you and uplifts you. Thank you πŸ™πŸŒžπŸ€—
