Hello there and welcome.
I invite you to take a moment and settle in.
Take a nice deep inhale and let out a nice long exhale.
And maybe do that one more time.
A nice long inhale and a nice long exhale.
Letting go of anything you don't need right now.
And wherever you are,
I invite you to check in with yourself through a simple noticing.
You don't have to give any meaning to anything you find or put any weight on it.
It's just a simple noticing.
Notice what's present in your body.
Notice what's present in your mind.
And notice what is present in your feelings or emotional state.
If it's comfortable for you and safe for you,
Feel free to let go.
And if it's not,
Feel free to let go.
And if it's not,
Feel free to close your eyes or soften your gaze.
And make any adjustments right now to allow you to settle into this moment just a little more.
And if possible,
Invite some stillness to your body,
Some stillness to your mind,
And some stillness to your emotional state.
And throughout this time here,
Breathe a little more slowly and a little more deeply than you normally would.
Let's begin.
Today,
All day,
I consciously choose to give myself great care.
Whatever that looks like specifically for me,
I know I deserve it.
When I give myself great care,
I understand that I awaken great possibilities because I am nourished,
Energized,
And feel truly well.
I know that being well-resourced heightens my abilities.
I know that being well-resourced heightens my abilities.
To make better decisions for myself.
And I know I am able to give more freely and generously to others from this state.
I give myself permission to make it work for me as I am today.
I accept my current reality.
I accept what works for me.
And I choose to care for myself,
Whatever that looks like,
Sounds like,
And feels like today.
I realize I can make this as simple and easy as I need to.
And I recognize a little bit goes a long way.
And some care is always better than no care.
I acknowledge that self-care doesn't need to be expensive,
Indulgent,
Or time-consuming.
Yet it can be,
If I desire that.
I know that self-care can be anything from a night of quality rest to moving and nourishing my body,
All the way to the micro moments of simple awareness and self-care.
I know that self-care can be anything from a night of noticing my breath or appreciating something beautiful.
To give myself great care,
I intentionally choose actions and behaviors that make me feel good and also that support my long-term well-being.
I choose these actions because I am the type of person who is devoted to caring for myself in loving and supportive ways.
I choose to suspend judgment for myself.
I choose presently to care for myself in loving and supportive ways.
I choose to suspend judgment for myself.
I choose presently to care for myself in loving and supportive ways.
I choose to suspend judgment for myself.
I choose presently to care for myself in loving and supportive ways.
I choose to suspend judgment for myself.
I choose presently to care for myself in loving and supportive ways.
I choose to suspend judgment for myself.
I choose presence,
Grace,
And discernment.
And even if I choose something that isn't caring for me,
I choose to accept and support myself in that moment too.
For even when I don't make the best decisions,
I choose not to abandon myself.
And I know that this also counts as great care.
I recognize that each moment throughout the day offers an opportunity to reset and once again choose to give myself great care.
I acknowledge that self-care can be anything from a night of self-care is a sacred act of loving-kindness and self-respect.
And I know I deserve this respect,
Kindness,
Love,
And generosity from myself,
Even if it feels far away sometimes.
In this moment,
I offer myself gratitude for using this time to consciously care for myself,
And I shall let this gratitude and care inspire my day.
For I know,
When I give myself great care,
I only want to continue to give myself the gift of continued care.
So today,
All day,
I choose to give myself great care.
