We will relax deeply in preparation for sleeping. Make sure that you are comfortable and ready to drift off. Opening up to the body and letting it be comfortable is a great way to release unwanted tensions and thoughts. We harmonize by tuning into our natural being, and this is a great start for a great sleep.

Welcome.

We are going to relax deeply into our bodies.

Find yourself a place to lie down and relax.

Make yourself very comfortable and see if you can give yourself the feeling that you have all the time in the world.

See how that affects the body.

Of course,

If we emphasize the relaxation of the body,

Maybe you can feel that you start to enter this space where you experience more time and a slowing down of that time.

I think that has to do with opening up to it,

Allowing.

And so you allow the body to rest.

Allow yourself to be with your body,

Resting.

And allow the body to rest in such a way that it opens up to falling with gravity into the place that you are lying on.

And allowing something to happen,

Opening up to letting go is something that you let happen.

It's not so much something that you do.

Doing would be more mental,

Let's say,

And letting go is much more physical.

So let's feel our bodies as a mass,

As a physical mass that has weight.

And the weight is resting,

Being supported by the place where you are lying on.

It's holding you up,

As it were,

And you are falling into it.

So can you experience that?

Can you feel that?

The feeling,

The supporting and the just letting it happen.

Can you feel the weight of the feet and the legs?

The mass of them?

Can you feel the weight of the hands and the arms,

The shoulders?

Let that weight drop.

Just let it drop.

Can you feel the weight of the feet,

Legs,

Hands and arms at the same time?

It kind of feels like a rag doll,

Very loose.

And let's take that more into the central body.

Feel the pelvis and the belly in the same matter.

Comfortable,

Resting.

Let's expand that into the rib cage.

Let the ribs soften.

And the insides of the rib cage are very comfortable and weighty,

Heavy.

Let's expand that in the neck and throat,

All the way up into the head.

And then try to feel the whole body.

You know,

The feet and the legs and hands and arms and the pelvis,

Torso,

Head.

All your physicality as a mass.

And you are letting that mass fall,

Letting it go into the surface that is supporting you.

And let's see that winter movment.

Stretching it further.

And then very slowly,

Let's roll the head to the left.

And all the while you are feeling that the head has a certain weight.

It will certainly feel more heavy than you are used to.

And just let it roll and you feel that pressure that it is giving to the surface that you are lying on.

And make it very slow.

Just to feel all these things.

There's no need to maximize the movement.

It's not a stretch.

It's just a manner of feeling concretely the head and its weighty quality.

If you reach the point to the left that's still comfortable and you feel like you don't want to go any further because that would feel as forcing,

Then roll back to the middle and further to the right.

Don't worry if you are still rolling to the left.

It doesn't matter how much or that you go with my voice.

It's simply a matter for you to be aware of and research in a way the weight of the rolling head.

And any time in this process you can stop and feel how that feels,

That position of the head and the weight.

And if you want to roll because you feel like rolling then roll the head.

Make it very slow because we are in this state.

So take just a couple of more moments to do this.

And then make yourself comfortable.

It could be that you want to lie on the back or on the belly or on the side,

Doesn't matter.

But just get into a really comfortable position in which you can take your time to feel the way you are feeling your body and allow for the body to be felt.

Feel free to open up to that comfort,

To that feeling and have a sense of drifting off inside of these feelings.

Take as long as you want and thank you for joining me.
