This self-love meditation includes the use of self-tapping statements. EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a technique that stimulates acupressure points by pressuring, and tapping while focusing on situations or statements. EFT tapping is a somatic intervention to reduce psychological distress through self-stimulation of acupoints on the face, body, and hands while focusing on sensations in the body or a thought or feeling. I have included a handpan and crickets chirping in the background to increase calm and reduce stress and anxiety.

Welcome to your meditation.

Today we are going to focus on EFT tapping for a good day and for self love.

Now,

If you are not familiar with EFT,

It is a somatic intervention that is used to reduce psychological distress through this form of self-stimulation on these acupoints on your face,

Your upper body,

Your hands,

And focusing on the sensations that are in the body rather than just the statements itself.

There are many points that you can choose.

Today we are going to focus on two of the nine major points.

The first one is known as the Karate Chop point and the other one is right below your collar bone.

Very easy to find.

What I would like to do is offer just dropping in,

Making a moment here to just drop into this moment and give it a try,

Even if you are not familiar,

To give this a try and what I would like to focus on is as you tap and repeat these affirmations,

Focus on the sensation in your body.

Focus on where you are tapping but also what comes from tapping on your body.

There is this idea that tapping on these meridian points helps your mind understand that you are not in danger.

It is also a time to relax and to be safe.

The research suggests that tapping in this way can help with anxiety,

Depression,

Massive phobias,

And of course PTSD.

Thank you for trusting me and guiding you in this session today.

Let us begin by bringing your hands near your body and on the outside of your smallest finger,

This is called the Karate Chop point where a little bit of meat is there.

I would like to invite you just to take your other hand and just begin to tap at this point as we move through the sessions.

Just lightly tapping,

Focusing on maybe the feelings that are associated with these affirmations and repeat the statements as I say them or maybe you just visualize them.

Tapping through your Karate Chop point,

Repeat or see the affirmations now.

Even though I woke up feeling a little off,

I choose to embrace this day with ease and with joy.

I am open to receiving good things today.

Keep tapping.

I release any stress or tension and I welcome peace into my body.

I am enough,

Exactly as I am.

I deserve love,

Kindness,

And success.

I choose to see today as an opportunity for growth,

For happiness.

I am safe,

Supported,

And deeply loved.

I let go of yesterday's worries and I start fresh right now.

My breath grounds me in this moment,

Reminding me that all is well.

Let's take a deep breath on that one,

Big in through your nose,

A slow release all the way out,

All is well.

I give myself permission to feel good today.

Keep tapping.

Right there on the Karate Chop point,

Every challenge I face today is an opportunity to learn and grow.

I am proud of myself for this and for showing up for life today.

I release perfectionism and I embrace progress instead.

I choose to be gentle and compassionate with myself.

Happiness is my natural state and I allow it to flow freely throughout my body.

I trust that everything is working out for me and my highest good.

I radiate confidence and self-love effortlessly.

I welcome abundance and love and joy into this day.

I choose thoughts that uplift and empower me.

No matter what happens today,

I am still worthy,

I am still loved,

And I am always enough.

Let's take a deep breath here,

In through your nose,

Hold it at the top,

Take another sip in just to expand a little bit more.

Exhale with a big sigh.

You can stop tapping at your hand now,

Unless you really like this and it's doing something really nice for you.

But I'd like to invite you now to bring your hands almost across your collarbone,

Right above your heart and right up near your collarbone.

And as you cross your hands,

This will give you a nice,

Comfortable way to tap right below your collarbone.

Not above it,

Right below it.

Keep tapping here,

Maybe with both hands or just with one,

Focusing on these points where you're tapping,

On these meridian points or these acupoints.

As I read the following statements,

And you can choose to say them,

These are reframing statements,

Or you can simply just visualize these reframing statements.

Keep tapping.

All of us together.

Deep,

Big breath in.

You might feel your heart lift.

And a big sigh all the way out.

See or visualize these words or say them out loud.

Instead of seeing this as a problem,

I see this as an opportunity to grow.

I am not behind.

I'm exactly where I need to be.

What if today turns out better than I expected?

I can't control everything,

But I can control how I respond.

Let's respond here with a deep breath.

In through your nose,

The belly inflates.

Another sip at the top.

Release it slow.

Instead of focusing on what went wrong,

I choose to see what I learned.

It's not failure.

It's feedback guiding me towards something better.

I release the need for everything to be perfect,

And I embrace the beauty of what is.

I don't have to do it all the day.

I can just sit back and take the next step.

I trust that things are unfolding in my favor,

Even if I don't see it yet or even know how.

Today and every day,

I have a choice.

I choose to see the good.

Deep breath in.

With your exhale,

Release your hands to your lap.

Big breath in.

Let an energy fall down around you,

Feeling groundedness in your tailbone.

Maybe you feel it bringing your hands out to the side,

Just embracing the earth.

Today's a really good day to shift,

To reframe,

And to be in charge of how you feel.

You can use any affirmations here,

Really.

But it's about your focus and you tuning into your own healing.

This makes you really powerful.

Powerful that you are your own hero,

Your own leader,

And your own healer.

Tapping into the teacher that's divine within you.

Thanks for joining me today on this EFT tapping therapy through a few affirmations.

Maybe you have a few that you like.

I'd love to hear your comments after the meditation if this made a difference for you.

Thanks for joining along and trusting me in this process on your journey.

Namaste,

My friends.

Thanks.

Thank you I really really enjoyed that. I really love the music. Very soothing I never knew that tabbing was below the collarbone. I always thought it was on the collarbone so thank you for that. this is powerful for me. Thank you.
