This meditation is really focused on helping you purge and clear anything that's bottled up inside of you.
So take a moment to notice the emotions that you're feeling within you.
So that way we know what we want to release today to help us feel elevated,
To feel free,
And to feel lighter.
So what are you feeling inside?
Do you feel tightness,
Heaviness?
Do you feel a sense of being rushed,
Tension?
Do you feel some worry,
A little bit of panic,
Anxiety?
Let's let these emotions go because they no longer serve us.
And for us to let these emotions go,
We simply have to observe them and acknowledge them.
If we acknowledge our feelings,
Then the feelings can express themselves and move on.
We don't have to push them away.
When we try to push away our emotions,
That often creates tension within us because the emotions say they feel valid,
Right?
So when emotions feel valid,
They want to stay around.
And our emotions are valid,
But they don't serve us anymore when they bring us down,
Especially when we want to let them go.
So let's take a moment and acknowledge how we feel.
If we're feeling stressed,
Just acknowledge that.
I'm feeling stressed right now.
If you feel anxiety,
Just acknowledge that.
I'm feeling anxiety right now.
I'm feeling panicked right now.
I'm feeling exhausted right now.
I'm feeling tired right now.
This is just a matter of fact.
Just acknowledge how you feel.
I'm overwhelmed.
My teacup is overflowing.
There is too much going on.
It's okay to say these things.
And it doesn't mean that it reinforces how we feel.
We're just stating a matter of fact as to what we're going through right now.
Let's take a few deep breaths.
And with each breath we take,
We're going to exhale out these emotions,
Not necessarily trying to sweep them under a rug or push them away.
We're just expressing the intention that we're ready to let go by using our bodies,
By being aware of our bodies,
By being in our bodies,
Not just being in our mind,
Being lost in our thoughts and being lost in our emotions.
So take a few deep breaths.
Deep breath in and exhale.
Deep breath in and exhale.
Deep breath in.
Notice how you're feeling.
Maybe for some of you,
The emotions heightened,
And now you're feeling even worse.
But for others,
You're starting to let go and you're starting to feel comfortable.
You're starting to feel calmer.
Either way,
Don't judge your feelings.
How you're feeling right now is perfectly fine.
It is valid and it reinforces what you're experiencing within yourself.
Let's continue to breathe.
Deep breath in and exhale.
Deep breath in.

And exhale.
Now we're going to do something a little different.
We're going to set the intention to relax and let go.
The intention is,
I am now going to relax and enjoy the rest of my night.
My day is over.
My day has concluded.
There is not much left for me to do today.
So these are just some affirmations I'm going to run through right now.
For you to internalize and be able to reprogram how you're feeling right now,
You should feel empowered to be able to reprogram yourself at any point and change and alter your mood.
So that way you can experience a change of mind and a change of state of being.
You're fully empowered to be able to manage yourself.
It's not a matter of controlling yourself.
It's simply a matter of feeling empowered to be able to change how your state of being is.
And then your emotions will change.
By changing your thoughts and changing your perception of yourself and your perception of everything around you,
Your emotions will naturally rework themselves.
And that's what we're doing right now.
So I'm going to say some positive affirmations or just simple positive statements and just follow along.
You can say it in your mind or you can say it out loud.
I am ready and willing to let go and enjoy my day.
I have worked so hard today that there is not much else for me to do.
I'm going to relax right now.
And I'm going to release and let go.
I realize I have other things to do.
I may have bills to pay.
I may have to cook.
I may have to clean.
I may have to take care of my children,
My spouse,
My family and my friends.
But there's always a time for that.
And that time is not right now.
Now is a time for me to relax.
Now is a time for me to let go.
Just let that sink within yourself.
Now is a time for me to let go.
Now is a time for me.
I'm here just to relax.
I'm here just to relax.
Take a few deep breaths in.
Deep breath in.
And breathe out.
Now is a time just for me.
I'm here just to relax and get grounded.
I've worked very hard today.
There's not much else for me to do.
Certainly not in the next few minutes.
I'm going to take time to fully decompress from my day.
I'm going deeper within myself.
Deeper within my body.
Deeper within my body to be able to relax and let go.
You have thoughts,
But you have to do this.
You have to do that.
Don't forget to do this.
Don't forget to do that.
It's okay.
That can all be set aside just for a few minutes.
Just so that I can reset.
I just need to reset.
I need a few minutes to relax.
I'm here to let go.
So now imagine,
I'd like for you to imagine that you're carrying two heavy suitcases.
This is your baggage from the day.
Each suitcase weighs like 50 pounds.
You have one in your right arm and you have another in your left arm.
They're just so heavy.
This is your baggage from the day.
And imagine just setting them on the ground.
Imagine just setting them on the ground and letting go of the baggage.
It doesn't fall or crash anywhere.
The suitcases are already on the ground.
You just let go of your grasp of them and now just step forward.
Step into that relaxation.
Let go of this baggage.
Just leave it behind.
Just keep walking forward.
Leave it behind.
Don't worry,
It's there for you.
If you want your baggage and your problems,
It's there.
But you can let it go for now.
Just step forward and relax.
Just take a few deep breaths.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe out.
Refocus now.
Maybe your thoughts are in your mind.
Maybe your mind is saying,
Hey,
I'm relaxing,
I'm relaxing.
Look at how much I've relaxed.
Move away from your mind.
Even if it says positive things like that.
Move away.
Find some space between your thoughts.
Or just a narrow pocket of silence in your mind and just focus on that.
In the quietness between your thoughts or some distant corner of your mind where it's a little quiet.
Put all your attention there until all you have is quietness.
If your thoughts come up,
Just let them come up.
Don't push your thoughts away.
Simply pay no attention.
Just focus on the space between your thoughts.
Quietness that's there.
The blankness.
The blackness.
The emptiness.
The void.
You've forgotten about everything in your life.
Everything you have to do.
Everything you need to be.
All the expectations you need to meet.
All the baggage that you've left behind.
It's just blackness.
It's quiet.
There is nothing that exists for you.
In fact,
You can just forget about your story,
Your life,
Your have-do's,
Must-do's,
Should-do's,
Need-to-do's,
To-do's.
Let them all go.
Be absolutely free of your suffering.
Free of your pain.
Free of all pressures and expectations.
Be free right now.
Just for a few minutes.
You deserve this.
Decompress fully from life on earth.
From life as a human.
Shift from human to human being.
Be in a state of being.
Absolute being.
Just exist.
Exist as nothing.
Have no meaning to your story.
No meaning to yourself.
Be free of it all.
Let it all go.
Let it all go.
And enough is enough for now.
Just for a few minutes forget about life.
Just for a few minutes give yourself this an absolute and total experience of nothingness,
Of emptiness,
Of having your teacup be completely empty.
Having your slate be wiped clean.
You're empowered to restart your life right now in this moment.
That doesn't mean you go about doing things differently.
That brings the mind back in this experience.
I'm talking about just in the here and now.
That your only purpose of existing is to simply just exist.
Free of purpose.
Free of meaning.
Just simply exist.
All that you're stripped down to right now is just your heart beating and you breathing.
There's nothing else for you.
There's nothing else.
Just a complete emptying out.
Deep breath in and breathe out.
And breathe out.
Deep breath in.
You can slowly start to open your eyes.
And notice how you feel within now.
You feel emptied out.
You feel lighter.
A little bit more elevated.
Or maybe you still feel busy.
And if you do,
You can repeat this session as many times as you like.
But I hope you feel a little bit of relief from your busy day.
And I hope that you feel more grounded and more clear,
More centered.
It all comes down to your intention.
And at the start of the meditation we always have to set a firm intention as to what we want to work on.
And so at the start of every meditation,
Set that intention for yourself.
And for this meditation our intention was to release and let go.
To decompress.
To shed any anxiety,
Stress,
Tension,
Panic that we felt inside.
And I hope sincerely that you feel relieved.
And I hope that you feel emptied out.
I hope you had a good session.
