Hey there loves,

Thank you for making time to reconnect here and most importantly,

Thank yourself.

In today's meditation we will use imagery that inspires your inner child to play and open yourself to the magical wizarding world of Harry Potter.

This is the Harry Potter Quidditch Pitch relaxation meditation.

Find a comfortable position for your body.

If you are holding a wand,

Place it out of reach and have your hands rested in any position that feels comfortable for you.

Take a deep breath and close your eyes.

Let's start by bringing your awareness to your breath without trying to change how you are breathing.

However,

Alternate between normal and deep breaths a few times to yourself.

Notice any differences between normal breathing and deep breathing.

Notice how your belly expands with deep inhalations.

Notice how shallow breathing feels compared to deep breathing.

Now,

Practice your deep breathing for a few moments.

Place one hand below your belly button,

Keeping your belly relaxed and notice how it rises with each inhale and falls with each exhale.

Now,

Practice your deep breathing for a few moments.

Now,

Let's focus on some deep breathing by inhaling peace and calm and exhaling any tension and anxiety.

And again,

Inhaling deeply and slowly playfulness and magic.

And exhaling deeply and slowly any depleting thoughts.

Do this to yourself a few more times as you relax more into this moment.

Now,

Let your breath come to its natural rhythm.

You are out on the Quidditch pitch.

It's an autumn day and you just got your broom off the ground.

There's no Quidditch practice today,

But you're using this quiet time to fly alone.

The ground beneath you feels far away as you circle the pitch.

Your hands steady on your broom handle and your eyes take in the beautiful sky.

From below,

You can see Hogwarts from all angles.

In the early morning light,

You feel happy and at home.

We are going to take around five minutes to be still in this moment and really embrace the solitude,

Nature,

And magic of this image we created.

One moment ofought cured.

Breath.

If your mind wanders,

It's okay.

It is in the mind's nature to wander.

Just lovingly come back to your breath and the imagery of being at home in Hogwarts flying above the Quidditch pitch.

The next step is to take your imagination even further.

Really enjoy the comfort of your body relaxing deeper as you settle more into this moment.

Coming back to the place you have imagined and really enjoy it for these last few moments as you breathe.

The next step is to take your imagination even further.

Really enjoy the comfort of your body relaxing deeper as you settle more into this moment.

When you are comfortable,

Open your eyes and bring this calm,

Peace,

And magic to your everyday life.

Thank you for making time to reconnect here and most importantly,

Thank yourself.

Namaste.
