Meditation with the spirit of Hainai.
Waka,
My dear friend.
You are here now and this moment belongs to you.
Take a deep breath in and allow it slowly to let go.
Let this breath mark the beginning of a sacred journey.
We open a circle of light around us,
A sanctuary of safety,
Healing and truth.
Imagine a soft glowing hue around you,
A bubble of warmth and protection.
Inside this space,
Nothing can harm you and everything here is for your highest good.
Let us start by calling in the guardians of our sacred circle.
From the east,
We welcome Eagle,
Carrying clarity and vision on its wings.
From the south,
We call on Jaguar,
Keeper of courage and inner strength.
From the west,
We invite Whale,
Deep listener of emotion and memory.
From the north,
We honor Wolf,
Who teaches us loyalty and guidance through the wild unknown.
Above,
We call the dragon of divine light,
Shining wisdom and strength.
Below,
We welcome the serpent of birth,
Grounding us into the rich soil of life.
We call upon the spirit of Hyenae,
The teacher of laughter,
Truth and authenticity,
To join us.
May its medicine guide us in this meditation.
Being in this sacred circle,
You are invited to really feel your body to begin to soften.
Your shoulders melt away from your ears,
Your jaw loosens,
Your breath slows.
And feel how your breath slows.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Weaving deep into the earth below you.
With every breath,
You feel yourself release of what is heavy or distracting.
And then connect yourself,
Filling up with calm and steady earth energy.
In our circle,
A golden light is pouring down from above through the crown of your head.
This light flows gently through you,
Down your spine,
Filling your heart,
Your belly,
Your legs,
Until it reaches the roots of your feet.
As this light flows,
It balances,
It harmonizes your energy.
You start to notice that your mind clears,
Your heart opens,
And your whole being becomes aligned with a frequency of healing and transformation.
Feel the presence of the Ayyanai spirit approaching.
It stands just at the edge of our circle.
Its eyes bright with wisdom,
Its laugh like a ripple of freedom and courage.
The Ayyanai steps forward when we feel overwhelmed by other emotions,
When we have forgotten the strength of our own voice.
Its spirit is here to help you remember who you truly are,
Wild,
Unique and powerful.
Take a slow breath in and ask yourself gently,
What do I need most today?
Perhaps you seek courage to show up as your true self.
Maybe you will long to release old wounds,
Or find humor again in your life.
Just set the intention quietly in your heart,
And let the Ayyanai hear it.
Imagine walking beside the Ayyanai now.
Feel its presence.
Steady,
Alert,
Unafraid.
Its laugh is not mocking.
It's a laugh of recognition of someone who knows survival,
Who knows joy,
Even in the darkest moments.
Ayyanai returns to you and shares,
Your voice matters.
It doesn't have to sound like anyone else's.
It's strong because it's yours.
Let these words sink in deep,
And then see yourself speaking,
Singing,
Laughing freely without fear or judgment.
Ayyanai invites you to release old clutter,
Thoughts,
Doubts and emotions that no longer serve you,
No longer belong to you.
Picture Ayyanai taking them,
Chewing them down,
Transforming them into light,
Just as it clears the earth of what is left behind.
Stay here for a moment,
Breathing with Ayyanai,
Feeling lighter,
Freer,
And more alive.
And when you're ready,
Take a moment to give your thanks to Ayyanai for its wisdom.
Thank the guardians of the East,
The South,
The North,
West,
And North.
The guides from above and below for holding this sacred space.
Feel your roots gently release from the earth,
And your awareness becomes back into your body.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling your chest rise,
And then exhale softly.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And allowing yourself to return fully to this moment.
And remember,
Ayyanai teaches us that our power lays in embracing our uniqueness,
In finding laughter even when life is challenging,
In trusting that community and self-worth goes hand in hand.
Carry this light with you into your heart.
