Hello,

Thank you for joining me today.

Alternate nostril breathing is a technique that really helps to balance both hemispheres of the brain so you'll hopefully feel really calm and clear after you give this technique a try.

So,

Find yourself a comfortable place where you can sit and not be disturbed for a few minutes.

Allow your body just to settle into the moment.

And then I want you to take your right thumb and close off your right nostril breathing in through your left nostril.

Then use any of your other fingers to close off the left nostril,

Release your thumb and breathe out through the right nostril.

Breathe in through the right nostril and then close it off with your thumb again,

Breathing out through the left nostril,

Releasing your finger.

This is one round,

We're going to do a few more together now.

Breathing in through the left nostril,

Closing it off and breathing out through the right nostril.

Breathing in through the right,

Closing it off,

Releasing and breathing out through the left.

Breathing in through the left,

Closing off and breathing out through the right,

Releasing your thumb.

Breathing in,

Closing off,

Releasing and breathing out through the left.

Breathing in through the left,

Closing off,

Releasing the right and breathing out.

Breathing in through the right,

Closing off,

Breathing out through the left and pausing for a moment.

Just take stock,

How do you feel after that?

How does your mind feel?

How does your body feel?

Beautiful.

I hope you enjoyed this technique,

But if not,

That's okay.

We all need different things on different days.

I'm a big believer in take what helps and leave what doesn't,

And there's plenty more simple practices on my profile for you to check out.

Thank you so much,

Have a wonderful day.
