This meditation is to assist with grounding and anchoring you into the body, bringing more calm and presence to your day. So welcome to this grounding meditation to help assist you with being more anchored into your body and connected to the earth.

So just bringing your awareness to your breath,

Allowing yourself to take some full deep breaths into the body,

Filling the belly with your life force,

Becoming very aware and present with your body and how you feel right now,

Connecting in with your heart,

With the I and presence of you,

Allowing that breath to fully flow into the body,

Filling all of your cells.

So just bring your awareness down to your feet.

Allow roots to grow from your feet down into the earth.
