Welcome to this quick,

Simple breath meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable seat.

Letting your hands rest in your lap or on your knees.

Gently close in over the eyes if that feels good.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Feeling your belly rise with the breath.

And a slow exhale all the way out through the mouth.

Feeling your body soften.

Let your breath feel easy and effortless.

Don't try to change or alter anything about the breath.

Just noticing the breath as it flows naturally.

Inhaling gently in through the nose.

Exhale slowly out through the mouth.

Inhale as you notice the air moving in through the nostrils.

And as you exhale,

Feel the breath as it moves out through the mouth.

And if your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Just come back to feeling the sensation of breathing.

When you notice that your mind has drifted.

Inhaling all the way in.

Exhaling all the way out.

Nothing else to do here.

Nowhere else to be.

Just breathing.

Inhaling in and exhaling out.

Let's take one more breath together.

Inhaling all the way in through the nose.

And a long,

Slow breath out through the mouth.

Gently blinking your eyes open whenever you feel ready.

Taking some time to notice how you feel in your body.

And staying here as long as you need.

Thank you so much for joining me.

I hope to see you again soon.
