Sweet soul, this (non-religious) prayer has been lovingly crafted to offer care, compassion, nurture and support to you and your beautiful heart. If you’re feeling a little disconnected from yourself, if you’ve been a little hard on yourself, or if you’re finding it difficult to see yourself or others through the eyes of love, this is for you. Whatever time of day, or in any moment you wish, this gentle prayer (with soothing background music) holds the intent of supporting your heart, calming your mind, and helping you reconnect with yourself so you can access kindness and love from within. Infused with nurturing Seichim (unconditional love) and healing intent, the background music is “Tao” by the wonderful Chris Collins (purchased and used with permission). May the combination of healing words and healing intent offer love and care to your beautiful heart. Sarah x

Hello beautiful soul.

I wanted to share with you a prayer for gentle heart connection.

This is something that you can say anytime that you feel disconnected from yourself or like you need a little loving support or perhaps you're being a little hard on yourself and you need a little loving reminder to look at yourself through the eyes of love.

And as with anything that I share please know that you can reword it,

Reshape it,

Make it feel right for you.

Please feel welcome to make yourself comfortable.

Rest your hands gently on your body if that feels nice and just allow yourself to receive to my beautiful radiant heart.

Please guide me,

Connect me with your warmth and love and help me to keep coming back to myself in each and every moment.

Help me feel strong when I waver,

Loved when I feel lost and nurtured when I feel alone.

Allow me to maintain my boundaries with love and care,

To be kind and compassionate with myself and with others.

And to be patient and forgiving of myself always,

For I am always doing the best that I can.

Please remind me in every moment that I am love,

That I am loved and that I am infinitely lovable.

Even and especially when I don't feel that that is true.

Please help me feel safe and supported as I open my heart to life,

As I open my heart to love,

As I open my heart to receiving.

Please help me remember that I am worthy of love,

That I am worthy of receiving love and that I'm worthy of self-love.

Please help me remember my dear and beautiful heart,

What it feels like to be loved.

What it feels like to live,

To love and to see myself and others through the eyes of love.

And so it is.

Take a moment if you wish to gently wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a hug or to sit in another soothing gesture that offers yourself love and care,

Support and kindness.

And if it feels nice,

Know that I'm sending virtual hugs to you,

That I'm sending love and kindness and compassion to you.

I'm sending wishes that you can always and will always come back to your beautiful heart,

Feeling the love,

The kindness,

The compassion,

The nurture,

The wisdom and the reassurance from within.

Namaste.
