We long to come together and be held in our oneness, especially during times of stress or uncertainty. This practice is a space to breathe into the present moment and connect to our oneness. Let yourself feel supported by the earth beneath you, and cultivate connection with all of humanity by connecting to life within you. Imagine life loving you, and allow yourself to access this love regardless of circumstance. Let us open our hearts and be love for ourselves and each other.

Today on wholehearted,

Cultivating connection amidst fear and separation.

Dear one,

Breathe.

It's okay.

I know there are times when fear comes to your doorstep.

It knocks on your door and sometimes you answer.

And sometimes it even stays.

I know there are times when you sit in fear.

Times that you wish were fewer and far between.

I know there are times when you feel more than ever the deep call within you.

The call to connect.

To be together in whatever you may be going through.

There are messages in our bones telling us we are connected.

That we are a part of a larger whole.

Something bigger than ourselves.

There are messages in the stirrings of our soul.

Messages of our unity and our oneness.

Our interconnection and wholeness.

We long to be held in this collective we.

Especially in times of distress and uncertainty.

We long to know that we are one despite our layers of separation.

We long to support one another and rest in the interlocked arms of peaceful strength.

How do we cultivate this sense of our connection amidst our separation and fear?

How do we soothe the part of us that clenches intention?

The part of us that deep down is tender and sincere.

And looking for rest.

Looking for love.

Breathe.

Dear one,

You are loved.

You are held.

You are safe.

And you are not alone.

I invite you to begin to notice your breath.

Notice the movement of your breath moving through your body.

Notice any sensations that you may feel in your body.

Feel the clothes on your skin.

Allow yourself to arrive in this moment and feel the emotions that are present.

I invite you to allow yourself to feel and allow yourself to let go.

Breathe.

Allow your breath to touch your chest.

Notice your inhale.

Notice your exhale.

Notice the space within you.

Notice your shoulders.

Notice your hips.

Notice how your breath invites you to relax.

I invite you to allow yourself to relax and feel that you are supported by the earth beneath you.

You are held.

I invite you to imagine life saying to you,

I have you.

I see you.

I know you.

It's okay.

Imagine life saying to you,

I love you.

Imagine life saying to you,

What you want is what I want for you.

Breathe.

I invite you to consider that through our connection to life,

We are connected to each other.

I invite you to consider that you have access to loving all beings and being loved no matter your circumstances.

Let us open our hearts.

Let us be the love and divine connection that we so long for.

Let us be a channel for love to shine through and collectively embrace the part of our being who tenses in fear.

Let us remind ourselves we are connected.

Let us remind ourselves we are one.

May all beings be happy and free and let us support each other with the love of our open heart.
