Welcome to this meditation called Me Time and Identifying My Needs.

I'm Sarasina Croce and I'll guide you through this practice today.

This meditation is part of a course called Soul Aligned Nurturing Your Soul and Spirit for Business Success.

So if you'd like to continue working on aligning your business with your soul,

You'll find it in my courses tab.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

You can close your eyes if that feels safe and then take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Let yourself relax deeper into this moment.

Breathe in again for 1,

2,

3,

4,

Hold it.

And breathe out for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Hold.

Breathe in again for 1,

2,

3,

4,

Hold.

And breathe out for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Hold.

Do a couple of rounds on your own and notice how your body expands with each inhale and gently contracts with each exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

And now allow your breathing to find its natural rhythm.

Welcome to this moment of self-care with an open heart and acceptance.

You are worthy of self-love and care.

You deserve to be your own priority.

Let's take a moment now to tune into your inner voice.

What do you need to feel fulfilled?

Physically,

Mentally and emotionally.

Just sit with your breath and let the answers arise.

Breathe in gratitude and welcome each need into your life.

There is no judgment here.

Feel into your body and try to feel where this need is felt.

Is it your belly?

Pay attention to any sensations or feelings you might notice here.

Is there a fluttering,

A tightness or a heaviness?

Allow yourself to feel into this area without judgment.

If you feel tension or discomfort,

It might be your body's way of signaling a need for grounding,

Comfort or relaxation.

If instead you feel lightness or warmth,

It could indicate a need for creative expression or excitement.

Just feel into your belly or another breath.

And now shift your attention to your chest.

Notice any sensations in your heart area.

Is there a heaviness,

A warmth or a sense of openness?

If you feel tightness or heaviness,

Your body might be asking for emotional connection or healing.

If you sense openness or warmth,

It might be signaling a need to express love or gratitude.

Just feel into your heart for another breath.

And now move your awareness to your throat.

Observe any sensations you might feel here.

Is there tightness,

Soreness or even a lump?

If you feel tightness or a blockage,

It could be a sign that you need to express yourself more clearly or speak your truth.

Just stay with your throat for another breath and let the needs arise.

And finally bring your attention to your head and forehead.

Notice any sensations like pressure,

Fogginess or maybe clarity.

If you experience tension or fogginess,

It might indicate a need for mental rest or a shift in perspective.

If you feel clarity or lightness,

It could suggest that your thoughts and goals are in alignment.

Just stay for another breath in your head and let the needs arise there.

And now take a moment to embrace the insights you've gained,

Acknowledge the needs that have surfaced,

Whether they are physical,

Emotional or mental.

And silently or aloud,

Repeat,

I am worthy of self-love and care.

My needs are important and deserve to be honored.

I am my own priority.

Let these affirmations sink in and take a deep breath in,

Filling your body with a sense of gratitude and acceptance.

And as you exhale,

Release any lingering tension or self-doubt.

Allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and contentment.

And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying the awareness of your needs with you.

Remember that self-care is an ongoing practice and your needs are valid and deserving of attention.

Thank you so much for spending this time with me today.

Again this meditation is part of a course called Soul Aligned,

Nurturing Your Soul and Spirit for Business Success.
