Let's anchor in and reset with 5 4 3 2 1.

Begin with a slow breath in through the nose.

Hold briefly and release through the mouth slowly.

Repeat if needed.

Take a look around and in your mind name five things you can see.

Five things in your visual field.

Tune in to the tactile world and identify four things you are touching or that are touching you.

That can be furniture underneath you,

The floor underneath your feet,

Clothing,

Any kind of tactile sensation.

Let's dial in to hearing.

Identify three things you can hear.

One of those can be my voice,

It can be things in your environment,

It can be your own breathing.

Three things you can hear.

Let's move to the olfactory sense or sense of smell.

Two things you can smell.

And last but certainly not least,

One thing you can taste.

I hope you feel grounded and reset.
