Hello my dear heartkiners,

Today's meditation is an exercise in cultivating the spiritual fruit we observed yesterday.

To begin,

I encourage you to lie flat on your back and be still.

This simply means to be comfortable and relaxed in mind,

Body,

And spirit.

And to close your eyes if that is safe and conducive for calm and focus for you.

If you need time to settle,

You can pause the track here and resume once ready.

Allow yourself the space and grace to meditate without self-judgment.

And embrace a heart and mindset of peace and loving kindness.

When ready,

Imagine you are lying on a sandy beach with the tide creeping ever closer to you.

Now,

Imagine that the vast expanse of the ocean is the love of God as it reaches your toes.

How does it feel?

Focus on the sensation of the waves as they slowly wash over your feet and slowly up your ankles and up your legs.

Imagine how the gentle swaying of the sea feels on your body as the rhythmic percussion of the waves continue to envelop more of your body.

And pay specific attention to how this soothing water feels as it flows up your waist and reaches your belly button.

And then slowly up your stomach and chest,

Embracing you with love.

And as the gentle waves of slowly rocking water reaches your neck,

You may have a moment of worry that you won't be able to breathe once your head is under.

And yet,

As the waters rise,

Remember,

This particular ocean is the love of the divine.

You will not be harmed.

You will be able to breathe perfectly under this ocean.

In fact,

We are meant to be immersed in this ocean.

We are made to breathe in this water.

And as the tide continues to advance up and over your head,

You are completely at peace.

Focus on how it feels to be totally immersed in this sea of serenity.

In this ocean of love.

Now you are completely embraced by love.

Focus on how the water feels all around you.

How the love feels all around you.

And allow yourself to feel as one with the tranquil rock and roll of the deep.

Allow yourself to drift into flow of the ocean.

The flow of the ocean.

The flow of love.

Allow yourself to be one with the ocean.

To be one with the divine.

To be one with love.

Thank you for meditating with me today,

My dear Harkonners.

May you continue to flow as one with the ocean of love.

And may grace and peace,

Light and love,

Be with you.
