Hey Harkiners,
Welcome to day 44 of Lent to begin this meditation on unity.
Remember that unity doesn't necessarily mean uniformity.
With that,
I invite you to close your eyes,
Adopt an attitude of gratitude and non-judgment,
And embrace a heart and mindset of peace and loving-kindness.
As you take a deep breath and allow yourself to settle into a place of stillness,
Let your mind drift to the Garden of Gethsemane.
Imagine yourself standing beside Yeshua as He pours His heart out to God in prayer,
Pleading for unity and love among His followers.
As you reflect on this moment,
Consider the significance of Yeshua's plea for the Church to be united.
He knew that without a deep sense of connection and community,
His followers would struggle to carry on His message of love and compassion.
Let this idea of unity and connection guide you in your own life.
Consider the ways in which you can cultivate deeper relationships with those around you,
And seek to build bridges of love and understanding wherever you go.
As you breathe deeply,
Offer a prayer of your own for unity and love in the world.
Seek for guidance on how you can be a force for positive change and how you can contribute to a more connected and compassionate world.
Remember that you are not alone in this journey.
Just as Yeshua had His disciples to support Him,
You too have a community of people who love and care for you.
Let this support nourish you,
And let the spirit of love and unity guide you towards a deeper sense of connection with yourself,
With others,
And with the Divine.
Thank you for connecting with me in this space,
Hearkeners.
May grace and peace,
Light and love be with you.
