This meditation is made with a tuning fork for grounding and deep presence.

The 136.

10 Hertz OM tuning fork is one of the most powerful grounding frequencies,

Deeply resonating the Earth's frequency and the heart chakra.

When played in the background it can help stabilize the nervous system,

Bringing calm,

Reducing anxiety and anchors energy.

You can help ground scattered energy and supports those feeling unrooted or emotionally overwhelmed.

It can align body and breath,

Harmonizes internal rhythms,

Creating a sense of deep presence and can connect to the earth,

Resonates with the natural human resonance.

Then you close your eyes and take a slow breath in through the nose.

Feel it expanding within you and exhale releasing any weight you may be carrying.

As you breathe in feel the breath travel downwards and as you exhale allow yourself to settle deeper into the moment.

Each breath imagine roots extending from your body reaching downward deep into the earth.

As the tuning fork vibration continues to resonate allow it to move through your body seeing the sound like a wave gently rolling through you.

Each vibration softening,

Centering and anchoring you in presence.

Notice the resonance,

Your chest,

Your legs.

Let the sound act as a bridge between your breath,

Body and the earth beneath you.

Picture yourself as a great tree,

Your feet are roots spreading deep into the soil anchoring you in strength,

Stability and calm.

With every inhale you're drawing up the earth's nourishing energy and with every exhale release anything that feels unsteady or uncertain.

Your breath moves through your trunk steady,

Strong and unwavering.

Your branches reach upward open expansive.

From this place of rooting down you can rise up.

You are grounded,

You are present,

You are whole.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly and your chest and notice a steady rhythm within you.

Listen in stillness letting the final vibrations of the fork fade.
